That was impossible, the screws are so far recessed that I can not get the screws out to fix it. No return policy and no phone number and no way to directly contact company except through email . i am so up set I bought this device to counteract the depression of covid isolation and this has depressed me further . boycot this company . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy set up great workout *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2022* I am so happy I got this it was easy to put together and it folds up for storage. ### ⭐ Do not buy anything from this company! *by E***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on November 9, 2020* Do not buy this product! It will break within 3 months of having it and then trying to get it fixed is horrendous. Mine broke within 2 months, Bluefin originally told me to fix it myself when I contacted their customer support. After them finally realising that you cannot just ‘fix’ a snapped bungee cord they agreed for me to return it (this alone took weeks). They then had it for 1 month to fix it, finally returned it and now more bits are broken than when we sent it back.
