I have not tried the pills because they are too large for me to swallow. I was excited to try the serum. Its brown. When I wake up there is brown scalp build up. I normally do not shampoo each day as my hair is color treated and falling out. With this creating scalp build up my hair needed shampooing each day. That is not something I am willing to add into my routine as other products are clear and unnoticeable and do not cause build up. Basically, I used it a few days and gave up on the serum. The shampoo is ok but unlikely to make a difference using it as a stand alone product. I do not recommend this set.

This set of hair growth products is better than I thought they would be. I've only been using these products for one month, and while I haven't seen any hair growth, I have seen less fallout. I use the shampoo but then I use my regular shampoo afterwards since I'm not a big fan of the scent. The medicine is pretty big, they actually remind me of the size of prenatal vitamins. I always hated taking those with each of my kids, but after a bit I got use to them. The serum is dark, which is fine since my hair is black. It's a process with these products, but I'm still sticking to them. It takes a while for hair growth products to show a difference, so never believe those overnight or quick hair growth products. As for now, things are going okay. I like that my hair loss after cleaning and brushing has went down a lot. Hopefully I'll see and feel some growth during month two.
