Immune & Energy Complex - with B12 which Supports The Immune System & Helps Reduce Fatigue - Vegan Friendly - 120 Tablets

Have used these supplements only a couple of days ago far but have definitely felt an energy surge after taking them. Each tablet contains 75mg of caffeine and the serving size is two tablets a day. Too early to tell if my immune system has been boosted but hopefully it will be and that's never a bad thing in this day and age.As far as looks go the packaging is solid, well made and the label has all the information you would need.Give them a go if you're in need of an energy surge and feel you could do with boosting your immune system.

Unfortunately this product caused me and my fiancé terrible stomach pains and upset stomach each time we take it. We trialled it for a week. When we took it, causes terrible pain to the point we couldn’t even function for at least two hours. The days we didn’t take it we were both fine. We can’t use it and we are both gutted and dissatisfied as it’s quite an expensive product that’s now left a dent in our pocket. Please revise this product.

It works, I found I had significantly more energy, but I would suggest taking the pills separately, 1 when you wake up and another late morning/early afternoon, as the caffeine will wear off and when it does it left be quite tired. The other issue I had with this product was the smell is incredible off putting, I found them quite difficult to take for this reason. If you can't take large pills this product isn't for you, as they can get chalky quickly so if you struggle to take pills they will get struck and nasty in your mouth.But overall I found I was significantly more lively and ready for the day, far more then my morning coffee does, I felt energised!

Without fail stings my throat tongue anything they touch. I'm working in a creche though and I haven't gotten sick so I believe they're doing their thing although the process of taking them is unpleasant

Easy to swallow tablets but do have a funny taste to them. The taste didn't bother me though.

Generally quite pleased with these. Compactly packaged and still has an easily legible label. Easy to swallow. Have the usual supplement smell but nothing too unpleasant.
