Works well for beverages as well as for sugar free baking. The balance of stevia and erythritol balances out the sometimes bitterness of the stevia and the cooling effect that often comes with straight erythritol.

Amazingly similar to regular brown sugar. I tasted this straight from the bag, and it's like the real thing. Minus 1 star as the resealable bag is terrible. It won't close. I had to shove the entire bag in a zipper quart bag. I used it in beef teriyaki and it added just enough sweetness to my sauce.

Though it's obviously a lot pricier per ounce than regular sugar, Truva goes a long way, so in the end it will meet my sweetening needs for a long time.
