Perfectly. **Q: Does this cover fit a 2017 Yamaha F150?** A: I believe the F200's exterior is slightly larger than the F150. Although they are both 4 cylinder motors the displacement of the F175/200 is larger than the F150. The cover should work but I suspect the fit would be a little loose. **Q: Does this cover a 2017 200 hp** A: My engine is a 2015 XB 200. If your cowl is the same size, then yes. It fits well on my 2015. **Q: Does mar-mtrcv-1c-15 have an inside protective material that is different from the outside for the engine cover?** A: The cover seems to be made from one layer of a material that is different on either side. The outside is a slick synthetic, and the inside is a synthetic with a very low nap. It's just a little bit fuzzy.
