My daughter had a facial trauma due to a scooter accident. Stitches due to a torn lip, internal mouth lacerations, and gum/tooth damage. For pain while eating (after 4 days she was allowed to eat soft food again) this worked quick! Bought this due to no longer finding orabase anywhere. This was a perfect supplement! Docs gave us instructions for acetaminophen and ibuprofen or for general pain and mederma for scars but nothing for internal mouth pain. Nothing stopped her mouth pain trying to eat. I finally bought this and my daughter didn’t mind me putting it on her (didn’t sting/burn like the other products we tried) and was thrilled to eat again (albeit slowly) once this was applied! Thanks for helping me ease my daughters pain and help control her comfort during a scary and painful time!

I’ve had a sore tooth for a while and due to the pandemic my dentist couldn’t see me for a few weeks. I used ambesol for this tooth but even that stopped working and I was tired of my mouth feeling numb. This stuff, put it right on and it cools and soothes. I should have been using this for toothaches in the past.

Good product. Did temporarily dull the pain. Hopefully it helped kill some bacteria too. It would help if they included a tool to help you apply it. Also, I think it is overpriced for the size offered.

Ok so this stuff works. It's a must have for me. I have damaged teeth and Ia waiting for false teeth procedure in may but until then I need pain relief. This stuff can be brushed over teeth like a tooth paste or you can wipe it in the cavity or broken tooth and or swollen gum line and it will sit there longer providing longer relief than any other liquid gel or cream I have ever tried. I would reccomend this if you need tooth or gum pain relief.

I am glad I was able to get "Orajel Severe Toothache Pain Relief" Especially dealing with a Wisdom Tooth, I was putting Salt Water on it, however, Oragel Cream is so much better, it really gets rid of the Pain right away and it heals irritated Gums soothing the entire area. "Orajel Toothache Pain Relief Cream" should not be use for more than 7 Days, according to the Directions on the Box, however, I was able to get to the Dentist before that. For those Emergencies, I am glad I found this Over-the-Counter Medication...Thank You D.D.

I have been bothered with on and off again pain in my gums and teeth for about a month and this has been a life saver. It works fast and last for some time. the price was much less than l/2 of what I would have paid at my neighborhood store and it was the exact same item. The product was great.

This really does work OK, but I found it numbed my throat as well which was kind of scary. it was probably me. In desperation I probably applied too much. I would suggest you try Clove Bud Essential Oil, available at Amazon. It works like a miracle and no nasty artificial ingredients. Really, though, this is a good product and a lot of people loved it from the reviews.

I love this Orajel cream it works great and it doesn’t taste bad like some. I would recommend this product to anyone who has pain in their mouth or the corners of your mouth.

This product works well when I have sore teeth or gums. It might work for you or not it just depends.. I would buy this again.
