Benzocaine, Flavor, Olyethylene Glycol, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbic Acid.

Is this a real gel (the clear formula) or is it a paste? I know it says it's a gel but I have two tubes of their "gels" that are gross green pastes.

Clear gel - the green paste is in a different color packaging - I as well have both, and the paste actually work better for me - even though it is rather messy :/

does the cooling relief make your teeth hurt if they are sensitive to cold stuff ?

It shouldn’t affect your teeth. Mine are sensitive and I don’t feel that at all… only my gums.
