These are great and cheap. They are what they are nothing more and nothing less.Pros:* Cheap to buy* Work well to collect dust* Easy to cut to size if needed - I also use these on other type of fans like graphics cards* Can buy in bulkCons:* They are made out of pvc (obviously).* Strong fans can rub against them since they can suck them in and may also be low profile (fan area is not raised like  these )* The screws can go through the holes, so it is a good idea to use washers (this is why I knocked off a star)

One naturally doesn't expect much of a package of fan filters that equates to roughly a dollar per filter. You'd be forgiven for thinking they were going to be flimsy little things with mesh a mile wide. You'd be wrong when it comes to these filters.They're surprisingly solid. Shocklingly so, in fact. There's very little flex, and they're very easy to attach to either the front or back of your fans, whichever side you need them on. The mesh is perhaps a hair too thick, but it'll catch 90% of dust easily, and being a firm PVC, they'll be a piece of cake to clean.Frankly, I don't see any reason to spend three times as much per filter on the snap-together plastic grill and fabric mesh kits anymore. These work perfectly fine and, unless you really need the grill, cost a third as much per filter. Easy five-star product.This is not a compensated review. I bought these at full price with my own money, and would buy them again.

Thicker than I expected but they work - the thickness is about the same as index cards. I only use them on the fan ports I don't have a fan in. My intake fans already came with dust covers and my exhaust fans don't have covers but I may put them on there too.Note on installation, they work best sandwiched between the fan and the case. But you could sandwich the case between the fan and filter but the filter won't be held flush against the case that way and may need to be taped down.

Using these for my PC mods. I am using my 3D printer and design skills to add custom, removable PC air intake filters for my custom PC mods and scratch-built cases.Material quality and look is awesome but my only complaint is the pattern could be more open (bigger holes). I plan on testing the airflow with these installed and I will update my review accordingly.

what can i say they do as advertised. i live in a dusty house so its really already doing work

These would be great IF the manufacturer had bothered to punch the holes. Instead there is a VERY light mark (you'll need good light even to see it) where someone lined up the material to be drilled, but there is NO hole in any of the 4 corners.Unfortunately I don't have the time to wait for multiple rounds of "sorry - try again", so I'm going to drill them out myself since I have to use them TODAY.I would suggest that you try another manufacturer - I have bought these previously from another on-line store, and they cost a dollar more. But THEY were actually usable right out of the package. These aren't.So as it is you have two options: (1) return it, try again, and HOPE that you might get one which is properly manufactured or (2) Do what I'm doing, use a drill and hope that you don't ruin the screen trying to fix the problem.As they are, these are NOT worth either the shipping cost OR the price of the product.UPDATE 2017-05-18Last night I took 4 of these downstairs to my woodworking shop (where I have a drill press). Looking at the indentations on the filters I can see that they were scored to "punch out" by hand to make them usable. The problem with the filters I got is that the scoring was there, but it was so shallow that the holes had to be drilled out. So I did so, the results were satisfactory, and I'm using the filters now.I suspect that I got filters produced on a "bad day" or some such, and if you buy them you probably won't get a package of filters that you can't use without pre-installation repair. That's why I'm raising my original rating from 1 star to 2 stars, and it's also why I'm changing my description for this review from "Unusable as shipped - shoddy manufacturing - AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE" to read only "Unusable as shipped - poor quality manufacturing (screw holes not removable)"

I modded my PS4 pro with air holes above the intake fan, but didn't want large amounts of dust to enter the unit. Glueing this under the holes worked very well.Now I just need to figure out what to do with the other 9.

These are great and worth the price.it came with a bunch of filters even though i needed 4i live in a pretty dusty room and i end up cleaning these about every 2 weeks because of the amount of dust it collects.cleaning is very easy. i just use a vacuum.I would recommend that the rough side be faced against the air flow to maximize the the dust collectionWould recommend

Excellent product, amazingly cheap not only do they catch dust they removed the slight whine coming from my corsair fans at full speed. I have bought more expensive filters previously but in all honesty I cant say they were any better, these are simplicity itself to fit and effective. I've also fitted one onto an internal fan which is on the Coolermaster water cooled radiator in push pull configuration to prevent the radiator getting clogged up with any dust present in the case, should make it a lot easier to clean when doing maintenance. Delivery was a little slow but not bad from China so no complaints there.

Nice good way to keep a gaming PC dust free when you are on a budget and dont have much to spend on a case

came in a few days and by royal mail. , no issues .i had to remove some circle holes that were not punched all the way through and but the screw does that anyway.so they are worth it . but it looks a little odd at first one might think the holes are not made but pop a screw through and the circle pops out super easy .

Great product although the holes were punched the plastic was still present making it annoying removing little tabs of plastic to install on my server. Apart from that great product. Massive dust donuts on the filters after 4 weeks (which means they're working wonders). Next step is finding a way to reduce dust around the house.

Good quality filters that do keep the dust out but a little too restrictive as very little air goes through if you have a side intake fan for example. I keep filters on for everyday use and when pc is off but take the filter off side panel when gaming.
