Need to push hard
I bought this kit as a replacement for the original battery for my JVC GZGX1. It was difficult to install the batteries the first time -- a sharp push is required. Customer service quickly resolved the issue. Pleased with batteries and charger

Battery charger is too big for batteries

Longevity TBD.Battery Charger: 0/5: Like the other reviewers have said, the battery charger is too large for the battery and they will not stay in the charger. The only way to guarantee charging batteries is to keep the battery in the camcorder and charge it that way.

The batteries don't fit the charger. This charger is designed for a battery that is wider than the ones I ordered. I've just been making them work because I didn't want to deal with shipping them back. I had an event to record and wouldn't have been able to with the product was being shipped. I added a photo that shows how the charger is bigger in width than the battery. The battery won't make contact with the probes.
