Looks good too! *by S***S on July 30, 2025* I'm a road cyclist, and I live where it's hot all summer, and have mild winters. I haven't experienced it in the winter, but in an area that it's very hot I have to say there's great airflow in this helmet. I'm also not a new cyclist. My rides vary from about 15-40 miles at a time, over hills and along flats, but on paved trails. I also have a big head for a female, and hats often don't fit my head correctly. My husband has a narrow head for a man. We both ordered size medium and it fits us both very well. It feels like my head actually goes INTO this helmet and not just parked on top. It easily adjusts for snugness. Straps are comfy and easy to adjust as well. I feel like it covers enough of the back of my head, which for me is a must-have. Love it so far! I got black and it looks great. I wish there were a lot more fun colors, but I have absolutely ZERO complaints about this helmet and would recommend it to someone in the market for a safe, lightweight, comfortable helmet. It feels durable and great quality. Super stoked with this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a great helmet *by T***E on November 1, 2024* Smith makes great lids for whatever you need them for. I've mostly seen their stuff on the slopes but it's good to see that they're making bike helmets as well. This helmet fits true to size and is pretty comfy. There's a dial-to-fit adjustment at the back of the helmet for fine tuning the fit. The visor comes in handy for off-road riding (and is removable). This helmet has the MIPS anti-rotational system integrated into the design. It seems that MIPS is all the rage as of late but be aware that MIPS has little to no effect on being concussed. A concussion is caused by the brain bouncing off the inside of the skull and the MIPS system is only meant to prevent the helmet from twisting the head during impact. It's okay for what it is but it's not going to prevent much damage caused by blunt force. Lots of vents in the lid to help your head keep its cool while riding, and it has some pretty good curb appeal. So, slap a lid on your noggin and go ride a bike! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good looking, comfortable helmet! *by D***C on May 7, 2025* I am very pleased with this helmet. I needed a helmet with a fixed visor, and that was more difficult to find than I imagined it would be. Luckily I found this one! It's light, comfortable, adjustable, and it has the MIPS safety system. I also like that it came in sizes rather than being a universal fit.My 5-year-old grandson has the same helmet, and it is great for him too! We both have the helmet in small. ## Frequently Bought Together - SMITH Convoy MTB Cycling Helmet – Adult Mountain Bike Helmet with MIPS Technology + Visor – Lightweight Impact Protection for Men & Women - Lamicall Bike Phone Holder, Motorcycle Mount - Motorcycle Phone Holder, Handlebar Cell Phone Clamp, Scooter Phone Clip for iPhone 16 Pro Max/Plus, 15 Pro Max, S10, S20, More 4.7" to 6.8" Smartphones - Sportneer Bike Lock: Heavy Duty Anti Theft Bike U Lock with 5ft Security Steel Cable - 17mm Shackle Bicycle U-Locks with Keys & Sturdy Mounting Bracket for Road, Mountain, Electric & Folding Bike --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/192695834-smithconvoy-mtb-cycling-helmet-adult-mountain-bike-helmet-with-mips](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/192695834-smithconvoy-mtb-cycling-helmet-adult-mountain-bike-helmet-with-mips) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
