I like it a lot.
This is exactly what I needed. Have you ever tried to use a laptop while standing, holding it in your hands ? I needed a truly portable computer I could use in the field with various devices. I was considering a 2 in 1 computer, but I don't think it would survive being used the way I had in mind. I've had this computer for only two days so am giving an initial impression. I like the touch screen. It works very well, except when using the fingers to select something that is tiny. I like the keyboard. It is very usable for being smaller than a standard keyboard. The touch pad works well, except I need to find out how to turn off pad clicking. I only want to right or left click or double click with the pad buttons, never with the pad itself. I have the same problem on the Lenovo Ideapad 330 I am using to type this review. The keyboard is easy to remove. It folds up when attached, just like a mini-laptop. I don't actually know if the OS is in ROM or RAM, but because it is in solid state memory, it boots up from a full shutdown to the password screen in 10 seconds, and almost instantly from entering the password. Of course it's much faster from sleep. The screen looks great. It has a comfortable well made carrying handle, removable, on top. I am very happy with this computer. I am really happy I thought to search Amazon for Industrial Computers. This is a Windows 10 Pro mini laptop that has a removable keyboard and touchscreen, and is built for hard use. I think taking a normal laptop or a 2 in 1 in and outdoors, into different temperatures and humidity, will probably be real bad for it. I was reading about how moisture can condense inside a computer with a fan, and how it sucks in insects and dust. This is a sealed computer with no fan.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!! CAN NOT REPAIR AS PER MANUFACTURER!
Purchased product a few days ago, dropped the tablet 2 feet and shattered the screen I called the manufacturer to see if I could send it and replace the screen at my cost and was told since it is an entry level tablet they don’t have parts for it and can not replace the screen and I will have to buy another one!! At $700 is the cost of an entry level tablet?!!

A little pricey, but worth the investment
So far so good! It starts up faster than my HP notebook. Not tech savvy, but I bought this for working in the field (civil construction) and working on my diesel truck (troubleshooting) and downloading/ updating my EDGE monitor and HYDRA CHIP. I had 1 bluescreen error today, the tablet is currently working through it now. I am assuming it happened because I don't use it daily, so I am behind on maintenance. Overall, I am happy with purchase. My only gripe, it did not come with a stylus pen or kickstand. It had everything else. The tablet is top heavy, so the tablet tends to fall over when the keyboard is connected and you go beyond 90° with the screen.

Great tablet for harsh environments.
Using this in a steel warehouse, and so far it's been dropped, spilled on, and kicked. Other than a few nicks and scratches it's held up wonderfully. Would definitely recommend for harsh environments. the intel atom cpu lets the tablets last all day on a single charge, and is plenty fast for email, viewing spreadsheets, web browsing etc.

Perfect solution
Really love this product. The keyboard is not heavy enough to hold it down, it falls backwards but over all, this is perfect product for me.

Failed unit a little after 2 years
This product was replaced about one week after purchase. Two years later it failed again. I called the manufacturer and they said it was out of warranty and refused to replace. They told me there was little that could be repaired on this unit. I originally paid about 800 dollars for this thing. I’m going to throw it in the trash and tell anybody I can about this experience. Never again Mobiledemand.

Don't waste your money
Do yourself a favor and buy an actual laptop for this price. This thing has been nothing but problems since the day we got it. It freezes up all the time and is unreliable for our daily business operations. The screen is now shattered, so it's not super "rugged" and we ended up being out the money for this one AND having to buy a new laptop anyway.
