Neat, strong welds, durable paint, quality chrome on the hitch-ball.
The Reese name is so well known, in the circles i travel in, any square tube hitch receiver is refereed to as a "Reese hitch", no matter what the brand. Sort of like calling all disposable diapers "Pampers", or all adhesive bandages "Band -Aids". This hitch-ball adapter did not disappoint. I can't consider it paying for the name, because the price is very close to its competitors. It's just the name I trust. It featured durable gloss black paint, quality chrome on the 2" ball, and neat thick welds that give me complete confidence in towing.

Great quality & reduced price!
I think the only reason this hitch was probably reduced is because the photo on Amazon does not show the hole for the pin, whereas other hitches do. So, I added this pic to show it does indeed have the necessary pin hole to hold it in the sleeve. You just have to punch (with knife or anything with a sharp pt.) through the outside wrapping of the bar that has all that writing on it. Anyway, I'm glad it was probably selling slower than others because I got it for 34% less than it usually sells for. And, we know Reese makes dependable tow hitches!

Very sturdy Reese product.
This fit right into the receiver on my 2022 Ford Maverick truck. It is made very sturdy. Reese has always been a good brand.

Can't beat the price, and easily helped me tow 1,000 lb jetski!
I put this on my car in order to tow my new jetski and I am very happy with the product!
