I purchased this awhile ago and just started using it. So easy too make, dissolves easily and keeps well in the fridge. I use this mainly for coffee, cooking and cereal. It tastes great to me, there is that small amount of flavor that I can tell it's powdered milk. It's not a strong taste like back in the 70s and that government commodity powdered milk. This has a fresh taste to it and a nice mouth feel like straight from the carton. This is a nice product and cheaper than buying my lactose free milk, this just doesn't bother my stomach. I will certainly purchase again.

I have bought this brand of nonfat, dry milk throughout the pandemic. It’s excellent and tastes very good, even for drinking, not just as an ingredient of a recipe. The stars are to rate the product only. HOWEVER, if I could, I would give “0” stars to the person who boxed it this time I bought it. As usual, I purchased 6 bags. Until today, they have arrived in moderate-sized boxes that allowed for a secure fit. Today, they arrived in a huge box. The contents were so sloppily “packed” that they had way too much room. So they were tossed and turned in transit, breaking the seal on at least two packages and causing some of their contents to spill into the box. All of the packages, therefore were covered with a powdery film. I had to do a lot of cleaning before storing what I could salvage. The bubble wrap that was added, (loosely, I must say) was totally insufficient to keep the packages from being tossed around in transit. What a pain!

Very good milk, it tastes so fresh and as the title says it's nothing but Milk! The only reasons I'm not giving 5 stars is because it doesn't dissolve very easy, but once it does, it's very very good!👍

Ive tried a few other brands and this is my favorite. Its great as a shelf stable non dairy coffee creamer (among other things), other brands clumps and floats to the top, "its just" mixes in quick and easy. As long as you scoop and not "pour" (getting powder in the zipper) the resealable bag holds up.

Getting milk is a shopping challenge. It is heavy, doesn't last long - but this powder is perfect. I mix up a couple quarts, use it on my cereal and cooking of sweet things and it is great. I can imagine that I'm also saving a lot of money.

I use the powdered milk to make yogurt so it turns out thick and creamy. With 2 lb (32 oz) tub of plain whole milk yogurt I mix in 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 cups of powdered milk, 1/2 gallon of whole milk, and ferment the yoghurt mix for 12-15 hours in my air fryer toaster oven....man, is it tasty! I don't bother heating the milk since store bought milk is already pasteurized but I set it out on the kitchen counter to warm up a bit before mixing the batch. I'm in a wheelchair and a 1-fingered whiz with my Ninja Mega Kitchen System blender. But I've found using a handheld immersion blender and mixing everything in my 5-quart pot works even better so the only cleanup is washing the immersion wand afterward. This is the first time I've tried this brand and the yogurt turned out to be the creamiest and tastiest I've ever made! The only drawback I had with the milk was the price - for a 32oz bag at $20.18 on Subscribe & Save - it's pricey for someone on Social Security disability income. It took me awhile to decide to go for it and I ordered 2 bags in case the price went up. Who knew I'd have to one day choose between buying milk and paying my utilities?

Used to order this milk powder, it’s tasty and creamy. But last time the taste and texture was different, I didn’t like it at all.
