This BB Organic Soybean Oil has a smooth texture to it and is absorbed readily into the skin. When first applied, it feels a little oily for an instant (because it is an oil), but that dissipates after it is absorbed into the skin. It has a slight scent to it...I can't describe it...but it is in no way offensive. I try to apply it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. I use it in conjunction with other carrier oils as well. It really helps to keep the skin soft and moisturized. I believe consistent use of this and other carrier oils will benefit my skin in the long run. I also like that the manufacturer packaged this product in an air-tight, amber colored bottle that dispenses the product from a pump, to prevent the degradation of the antioxidant, emollient, plant extract and anti-irritant properties of the oil. It's reassuring to know I'm investing my money in a carrier oil that has not lost its potency. Many times companies will sell carrier oils, creams etc. that contain degradable ingredients in vessels that are unsatisfactory. As such, the consumer is actually paying for a product that contains ingredients which have already degraded, thus making it ineffective and useless. This is a great product ladies. Highly recommend.

I have been using this oil for over a year. When I apply 4-5 drops directly to my face, it immediately gives my skin a beautiful glow, even better than the tallow products I love. In the long term, it evens out my skin tone and makes my skin really soft, definitely helps with fine lines, crepe-iness, etc. It has a light botanical scent. I love that there are no creepy chemicals in it. I'd choose this over any of the smelly commercial stuff. This oil + good sunscreen = winning combo.

You only need a drop of the oil and it is enough to cover your entire face. It soaks in fast and do not leave an oily residue. I put the oil on first then my makeup with no issues. It has a very mild scent

I love purchasing from Amazon but I do not write review often. But, I feel like I need to write a review for this product. My skin and hair is shiny like I was 20th. I looked at myself in mirror and said "WOW" this morning. It is also reasonable price!

I dislike that the bottle is small.

The oil in the first bottle I purchased smelled quite awful, like old kitchen oil. The smell lingered on my skin for hours. This can’t be good for your skin. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is not the nature of the product itself but rather that I got a spoiled one (although there is 19 months before the stated “best used by” date.) So I requested a replacement, and it arrived quickly (hence the two stars, for fast service) Unfortunately, the replacement bottle has the exact same issue, same “best by” date. I am returning it, and I will have to look for a different brand that sells quality soy bean oil.
