Great Smile Store Pro Care Platinum Sonic Toothbrush with UV Sanitizing Charging Base

Unfortunately I had to return it. It vibrated and worked so well, that I couldn't stand it. It's my own personal preference and my own issue with it. I'm sure it is a great product. I like the fact that it had its own built-in cleaning of the brushes. But I have to be careful because I can get vertigo and it just vibrated my mouth and head way too much. It's very powerful. I do recommend this product if you do not have vertigo.

I had this toothbrush before, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of what happened to the same one I had before. It fell and broke at the neck, therefore I had to by another one. So they are a little fragile, but they work great. I can never go back to a cheap vibrating toothbrush.

It does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I recommend this product.

We've barely had this toothbrush for 2 years and it already stopped working. Spent too much money on this to have it break down so quickly. I researched solutions to fix it, but of course the toothbrush is engineered in such a way to make that very difficult. It worked fine in the beginning and we were hoping that this would be our toothbrush for a while. Not happy with the durability.

I really love how clean my teeth feel. However, the brush does not clean my tongue or roof of my mouth well at all. I'm not sure how to fix this other than carrying around another toothbrush.

This product does not last. The first time it died, I did receive a replacement. But now that it's out of warranty, they did not offer any compensation. Very disappointing.

I don't know why I waited so long to get a sonic toothbrush. My teeth fee noticeably cleaner and I love the UV light to kill germs after every use.

I bought a second unit. Now I regret it. After only 6 or so months of use (by three children), the charging base would no longer charge. Never mind, I had the second charging base, but after a month or so more, the handle itself would neither charge nor hold a charge. On top of it all, the replacement heads are very expensive and there are significant concerns with the compatibility of generic heads. In short, I bought these because they were cheaper than Oral-B, but I really don’t think I will save money in the long run.

I love this toothbrush! Great product and it didn't break the bank. I really like the uv light option fod the brush heads. Never seen one around in my local stores. My daughter has a philips brand sonic brush and the brush head fits into the uv light compartment as well! Very happy with this purchase

Product stopped working after only a few months and by then it was too late to return it for replacement or refund. I was completely disappointed. This was a waste of money, just spend your money on the big brands so it actually lasts long term.
