The card is easy to use, the quality of the calls is good, and the price is great for all you get. I have been so delighted with the quality of help I received when I did have a problem with the calling card no longer working with the number I call most frequently. They took initiative to constantly stay in touch with me as they persistently trouble-shooted the problem. It was perfectly resolved. I really appreciated that the same person stayed with me on the situation. I have spoken with one other person at this company. I found both contacts very respectful, sincere, responsive, bright, and personable. I think it's a fairly new company but they give me confidence in their solid approach.

Going this route has really been much easier for our international business needs. We have several employees that need their own card for the countries they're assigned to. Finding a card that covers the range of countries needed at a price that's so affordable has really made my job easier. Even the reloading process is simple. Customer service is so friendly and efficient... as long as I have the code ready, the card is reloaded in a matter of minutes. As our team grows, we have and will continue doing business with them! I brought this because it said 2500 Minutes. However, at first use it is actually 999 Minutes. I am cheated out of 1501 Minutes. When I contacted customer service the person who sounded like he was from India could not help and inside rushed me off the phone. I told him that they have falsely advertised the minutes in this card. and I will inform others not to buy this card because it is a rip off.

We'd been using another card company for the last six years for our international calls, but they had become more and more difficult to deal with when trying to reload the card. So, we decided to give this one a go. It's very easy to use from a landline and a cell phone, has clear calls, and is totally okay from the minute price. We'll be using this one in the future as well.

It works pretty well and doesn't take too long to dial in. But it cut out on me once during a domestic call, and it's really expensive since I need to use it for 2 hours per week. There's no information pre-purchase regarding the number of domestic minutes the card holds (I even called and talked to a representative), but you find out after your first call that it's only 1,000 minutes total (which for me is 16.6 hours), so it only lasts me for two months. But I've noticed that all phone cards have greatly increased in price recently, probably because of the demand during the pandemic. So I'm going to stay with it and probably will have to buy another one unless I can find something with a lower cost per minute.

They were prompt and courteous in refunding the card because I could not use the card at the time. I believe that these cards are great to use if you spend a lot of time on the phone.
