Great product

I've only used this item once, but it works pretty well. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shoulder strap it comes with is pretty much useless. Don't really care about the should strap though. Also, at least on my unit, you need to tighten the top excessively to prevent air leaks. The mist setting doesn't make as fine of mist as I had hoped for cleaning but it's sufficient. Build quality seems good so we'll see how well it holds up over time... I may need to come back and update this review, but for now I'm satisfied.

Lasted less than one week before plastic holding pump arm fell off. Don't waste your money.

Well, it's been a little less than a year now and I've had to pull this sprayer apart I believe 7 times now. Pump housing isn't sealed on the top side where the plunger rod goes down in, this means that if you're using/storing the sprayer in a dirty environment (like any industrial setting) it allows debris to get onto the pump seal and distort it causing a leak. Usually starts off small enough we can pump up and do what we need to do but eventually gets bad enough that you can no longer pump fast enough to keep pressure in the pot to spray. I've made the problem somewhat better by taking a sponge from the dollar store and cutting a hole for the pump shaft then stuffing it in when assembling the pump head. They really should re think the design and seal off the pump from atmosphere or not call this an industrial sprayer as it doesn't operate very long in one.

The hose didn't attach properly (wouldn't screw tightly) which made the product useless.
