Music To My Ears!!
Bought this waterproof case for my swims. I've been listening to music with my swims for over 8 years. I've had numerous different kind of cases and they all have been high end name brand cases. Although some worked well they eventually leaked, and yes I have ruined a few iphones and ipods in my quest to listen to music while swimming. After my last case started to leak (H2O Audio) I decided to do some research and found that this case will do just fine as it's 100% waterproof. Another purchaser asked if they could swim with it but the seller stated it's not advised as it will cause drag while swimming. My work around to the drag is to slide it down my swimming jammer shorts, the case stays in place and there's no drag what's so ever. The case is a bit larger than I need but I understand why as it's universal for many different phones. I don't really care for the earphones as I have fitted earphones purposely made for swimming, but the cheesy compass needs to go. I hope this case will last a while and keep my phone dry, but if it doesn't it won't break the bank as it was cheap enough and my phone is waterproof (iphone 7).

All but one thing, one crucial thing
It all works well except for one very crucial thing: the audio line into the phone.Let me start by saying this looks like water/sand/etc protective zip seal bags we've all been buying for ages to protect cameras and any other sensitive items to take to beaches, on lakes, etc. but with a difference of having audio out. I suppose you can call it audio in to a degree since I was able to communicate with Siri. I didn't try dictation or calls because I tried only my old iPhone 4s for music.Inside the bag is a secured audience jack going outside under a small plastic bit covering the female end to connect the male end of the included waterproof earbuds. The bag has the expected choices of armband and neck lanyard. I wasn't so sure about part where the plug goes into the bag but repeated tests to check if it was still leakproof didn't show leaks or seepage. The headphones were decent but I ended up listening only to podcasts so I didn't know about music. I have tiny ear canals so I used some better sealing XS I may have reviewed here. I think a cap and headband would improve comfort by removing the aggravation of having them move at all and probably with flip turns. The problem- the wiring in the jack into my phone. It was like dealing with one I'd been using heavily for months and there was only one way it would connect. I was very frustrated after fiddling with it many days running just as I'd started swimming laps again.Luckily for me, there are other options.

Waterproof-Ish poor sound quality and won't stay in the ear. Disappointing.
Definitely do a waterproof test BEFORE you take it for a test drive in a pool. I tested mine with a papertowel inside the pouch, in a pot of water . Ran the test for an hour. There was a small, damp pool on the towel at the base of the pouch. Kept the papertowel inside the pouch and tried a test run while swimming laps in the pool. I wanted to know if a replacement will be worth it. I am not a competitive swimmer; I only swim for fitness and this was my first try at a swimming MP3 player.Be aware that I tried my swim with an iPod Shuffle. The size of the player MAY have something to do with connectivity interuption.During laps, the pouch flaps too much from the drag in the water. It may be due to the fact that I use a shuffle and there's no shape for the pouch to maintain, but the top of the pouch kept flapping up and down as I took strokes. The ear buds would not stay in the ear and in fact, kept coming off my ear. I lost sound almost immediately. I tried placing the ear buds under the strap of my goggles. Tried larger earbuds. I noticed that the wire around the ear was being pulled tighter, which probably is the cause of it coming off the ear completely. This is what I believe happened because the pouch flaps back and forth, pulling on the wire. I tried various fixes and never took a full lap before taking it all off and giving up.Aside from all that, the quality of sound before going in the water is poor. No real clear highs or lows. Put a straw up to a speaker and that's about the quality of sound these headphones produce. This wasn't a deal breaker - I just wanted something to relieve the monotony of laps - so I would overlook that point IF the pouch didn't leak and the headphones stayed in.The combination of all three poor performance issues are why I give this 2 stars. It's not worth getting a replacement. I need to return these.

The audio is not bad at all but when the water filters in
Well. I was expecting less. The only problems that I found with it are:It's extremely big to have it on your arm (unless you are a 6ft tall guy and bodybuilder with huge arm)It fits the Samsung Galaxy s7 edge but if you plug the audio jack, you won't be able to take a selfie. That's a shame. If you plan on using it to swim, I found difficult to have it on my arm because the water flow was always pushing it away and it feels akward. The audio is not bad at all but when the water filters in, you lose sound quality (A lot) just move it a little bit and that's it.What I like:It is 100% waterproof. The arm band is comfortable. The earphones are waterproof (100%) and for the price that is really good. Can't complain. It does not feel cheap at all.Right earphone cable size, not too long, not too short. If you swim for a sport, I would not expect to put it on your arm, I put in between my breasts in the swimsuit and Im good to go.I swim every morning and it works for me.Great buy.
