Bob's Red Mill Organic Spelt Flour, 20oz (Pack of 1) - Non GMO, Whole Grain, Vegan, Kosher

I baked bread using this spelt flour and I really liked the result. The taste has a light nutty note, which makes the baked goods more interesting. The texture is very soft and pleasant. The dough was easy to work with and handled well during mixing and shaping. The bread turned out aromatic and homemade. I will definitely buy it again.

So great! This was a good value, and it performed perfectly in baking. Spelt is good because it gives much of the nutrition of whole wheat without being so hard on the stomach.

I actually bought this Bob's Red meal organic split flour for my son he uses it all the time police and the quality of it and the organic it's better than regular flour he feels
