I am so disapointed in Amazon right now, that I will seriously STOP using them ALL TOGETHER! How could they sell a piece of junk like this and then when I want a refund, I have to PAY to have it sent back. This is after I had to pay shipping to get it and wait 4-5 weeks! AND....I PAY FOR A PRIME MEMBERSHIP TO GET FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING!!I understand COVID is wreaking havoc which is why the 4-5 weeks was almost understandable...but seriously Amazon...I am one of your biggest customers! And you can't even pay the shipping back because it doesn't work!?!I jams, the thread breaks EVERY time you push the little tiny presser foot, it is so loud, you can't even hear the TV, I won't sew two pieces together, if you do get it to work at all, nothing fixes the tension issue on the thread and it makes huge loops on the back...and I am a professional sewer...I purchased this machine to get my daughter started...horrible!!!!

I have had this machine for a week and in that short amount of time the hand wheel has broken, the screw used to tighten needles into place will no longer tighten and it is impossible to get a needle into the machine, and even if I were able to do so it cannot sew a single stitch without thread jamming. This is a complete waste of money. Be a wiser person than I am and DO NOT BUY! Save your money and get a reputable machine like a Singer.

Seems like this could easily break. Using this machine made sewing less enjoyable and very frustrating.

First of all, took over a month to receive it. Looked like a little girl’s toy, very lightweight and all plastic. First time use, the bobbin part was loose. Had to fix it myself. I only used it a few times. Haven’t used it since. Very disappointed with this item.

I thought there was a piece missing. Found it after notifying the company. They replied promptly. Was very pleased with their service. Nice little machine.

We could start off with the disappointment that the sewing needles included were BENT. I had to purchase additional sewing needles because it is impossible to work with BENT needles. I bought this so that I could sew simple masks for a local hospital during COVID19 Lockdown. On thin fabric it works fairly well, but if you double up the fabric FORGET ABOUT IT! I found myself sewing the masks by hand. I have been working with sewing machines for over 30 years and this was pathetic. I realized too late that I missed the date where I could return this hunk of junk for a refund.

This machine looks a bit smaller than regular size but don't let that fool you it packs a mighty punch. The machine can even sew without your foot on it and it goes seriously fast it has like 2 speeds for the auto sewing. I was shocked and when I bought it the price was very fair.
