i've been using dandelion root for a little while now for fluid retention. for me, they work great!! takes a few days to "kick in", but no more fluid build up. & they don't make you have to run to bathroom all the time. very mellow on your system. highly recommend.

A wonderful supplement for my health.

I had two health food stores recommend Dandelion Root for Non Fatty Alcohol Liver Disease. They were Webers' and Mustard Seed Market in Akron. My one friend found about this through the Amish health bible and Weber's Health Food Store in Cleveland. Her husband never went under the knife and I have not either. I have reversed my NFA Liver Disease. First, I changed my diet to a low carb and low sugar diet. I try to eat foods with fiber and no, I am not a workout queen or health food nut. Please read Dr. Ian K. Smith's book -- The Clean 20 for great diet liver tips. My liver VCTE Fibrosan ultrasound numbers were great two days ago. My CAP no. was 206. This means that there is less than 10% fat in my liver. My steatosis grade is stage 0. When you have a Cap no. between 238-258, you are in the S1 range and that means you have a liver that has 11% fat. I no longer fall into an area of concern.
