Only buy once a year for Pesach but always get this brand for cooking.

I purchased to bake a cake, I baked it to long...but the cake tasted great...in place of wheat flour

please provide a whole grain option
good product...however it seems the whole grain version is no longer sold. The Manischewitz whole grain matzoh meal was a better product as regards nutrition.

I've tried other brands and this is the1 best by far. My matzo balls comes out light and fluffy. With other brands that don't always come perfect

Good quality.
I like this matzo meal, it’s of exactly the right grain size, and always smells and tastes fresh. One warning, the foil seal under the plastic lid is very sharp, so take care when opening.

Great taste and texture
Really good texture and flavour. Mine matzo balls came out a little heavy! But I’m sure that’s down to me not the matzo meal.

Check the best before date when it arrives
It is a good product but came with a very short best before span of time. I will probably only be able to use 1/4 of the tin before it is out of date. I should have checked the best before date when it arrived but didn't so wasn't able to return it. Lesson learnt.
