Well, 2 days ago I left a deserved and scathing 1 star review. I only received 1 box missing hardware ect ect.. After not seeing a response from the seller I left the review. Fast forward 1 day. The seller did email me to let me know there was a second box and gave me its tracking number, different from the first box. Assembly went very smoothly, the instructions are amazingly well done, with little ID stickers on each piece. Get yourself an electric screwdriver with an allen wrench adapter, using the hand allen wrench for this assembly will add 2 hours to the job. Took me 45 min to assemble. I recommend you unpack and remove the plastic from every piece lining them up against a wall then start on page 1 and before you know it it's done. The overall quality of the set is excellent. It is definitely designed well and very sturdy, i'm 6'3 275lb and feel comfortable. The glass top table is packed with corner protectors and the table top has suction cups built in to hold the glass in place. I only have 2 complaints, the cream cushions had slight stains & minor color variations and looked like they were made from different bolts of fabric. The 800lb Gorilla is the size. The set is as the dimensions state but it is low to the ground and the backrest is short. That said it is very well priced and I can honestly say i love it. A few more throw pillows and off you go. I would even like to order the grey slip covers mentioned in another review and possibly 1 center and one end sofa cube to increase seating. Yeah we like the piece a lot. The seller has sent me 2 follow-up emails to make sure everything went well and I got all of the pieces. That's darn good customer service. My comment to them is if your going to send out in 2 boxes on 2 tracking numbers indicate it in the product description and customer receipt. If not the customer gets 1 box and a check on the website shows package delivered. I can see where this happened to another customer, and they never amended the 1 star review. Rather than amend my original review, I deleted it. This is a good set and the seller actually cares, 5 stars.

My husband and I ordered this set and assembled the 1st box which included 1 seat, 1 ottoman, 1 table w/ glass top. Piece of cake! The second box included what was to be 2 chairs/corner sections. The 1st chair/corner section went together perfectly. The 2nd has mismatched connection holes so the 3 parts, A,B and C are not machined to connect. In other words, section C does not have appropriate holes machined to connect to parts A or B and are off by as much as 4 inches from connecting. Have attempted to reach out to the Seller website but site is not available. Reached out to Amazon's customer assistance and awaiting response. Let's see how good Amazon customer response is! After 2 days of attempted assembly, measuring, reassembly and hair pulling.....we have 4 of the 5 pieces of the sectional that we paid for. One of which is critical to having a sectional!!I would like to revise my review! After emailing the manufacturer, we received reply w/n 24 hours! The company shipped a new box containing the appropriate sectional parts, were most apologetic and asked us to reach out if there were any further questions or issues. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We love our porch furniture. Good quality. Better if there are 2 people during assembly but not impossible w/ 1 person. Instructions easy to follow and for the price and service, you just can't beat it! Very comfortable and fits all heighths. Highly recommend!!!

First I would to give a shout out to customer service. I asked many questions and they always got back to me quickly. After I purchased, before the entire set got delivered the price dropped. I contacted customer service. They honored the new price and added a little for shipping (bc that had changed to a little higher). I didn’t have to fight for the refund, they just gave it to me so kudos for customer service.The product did come two different days but a little earlier than expected. Putting together wasn’t hard but damn it was tedious! My fingers were killing me bc I was the one to twist the screw in using the tool. Set seems solid. I wish there was some kind of support bar that went through the middle so we can sit on it without cushions (not for long term just for a few seconds when needing a break from yard work but don’t have the cushions out). I’m afraid if I sit on it I will go right through. We didn’t put the connectors on the bottom but it hasn’t moved at all as of yet, we kept them just in case. The pillows being velcroed is good but if they get dirty we are screwed. I see what people areSaying about the back cushions. It’s a slippery material so they do slide but not enough to bother me. When they are all on the couch they fit sung enough. I DO wish they had other colors. I see a pinkish hue to the cushions and I KNOW they will get filthy quickly. Next time I’m looking for a blue color, but that’s personal preference. Couch is comfy and a nice size. It doesn’t look like a “kid” set which i read very often when looking at other sets. A little longer would have been PERFECT! All in all we got this set for under $400 (w/o shipping) so in the end we are very happy with it!

We bought this set in July 2021 and have loved it. I bought a cover for the set for protection in the winter months and from storms if I can get it covered it time. (My set does sit inside a screened in porch area too) I have mostly spot cleaned the fabric as needed but this month (Sept), I decided to try and wash them. I washed them on cold on the hand wash cycle and I needed to do it twice but they came out looking great! It was a little tricky getting covers off and on but I am so glad I did. The furniture now is 3 years old and still looks great. I just wipe it down with a wet microfiber towel as needed. This has proven to be a very good purchase!

Looks great but the back it really low makes it a little uncomfortable..... but the wife loves it lol

I just got this set yesterday so my opinion may change as I use this set but what I can say now is the set is perfect for my patio ! My husband and I were able to but it together in just over an hour . The instructions were easy . Each piece is labeled with a photo and item # along with a booklet for easy assembly . I see people complaining about not tightening up the screws all the way but the instructions clearly note on some pieces not to tighten all the way while putting it together . The pillows are a bit on the thin side but still nice considering the price . A larger set like this with thick cushions sell for way over $600 so I’m satisfied . The 2 boxes arrived in just a few days . The set itself is modern and cute . Now shopping for an area rug and some plants to liven the space up . I would recommend !

Came about 4 days sooner than listed. Both boxes arrived together for me. As previously stated it takes about 3 hrs to put together. Primarily because the thousand screws provided you can only turn 1/4 turn at a time which is tedious but necessary. With my arthritic hands I wanted to throw things but managed to put this entire set together myself in less than 3 hrs. Unit is sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. I Scotchgarded cushions as recommended & they're just fine left out in the rain. This set is better than others I think because of the supports underneath and the WIDE ARMS are a bonus. Some brands have skinny arms. These are wide enough to set a drink on. Apologies on the photo of my legs, but it's to show the generous length. This couch is BIG. I am laying against the corner and there's plenty of room for more seating. The backrest is low but not uncomfortably so.

Overall, very happy with this furniture. It looks great on my deck and is comfortable. It seems well built with steel frames. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to understand. The screw holes all lined up well and didn't have paint in the threaded holes. Cushions are well made and water repellant. My only negatives are the glass top table only supports the glass at the corners. Not safe when the 3 year old grandson comes over. Also, the seat bottom cushions are secured with velcro, but the back cushions are not and constantly slide down. My wife has a fix for that in mind and I'm thinking of re enforcing the table top. Again, overall this is a good value.
