Can anyone confirm these are open in the back and if so, how many ties in back?

Yes, there’s two ties at the top and one mid waist.

Do these have snap sleeves?

No they don't! But they have a double tie in the back and my wife likes them over the snap garments.

How long are these? And wide?

Don’t know know but it fit nicely around my dad who was about 180 pounds.

Do the sleeves have snaps?

No they don't. But they have an extra tie in the shoulder area and my wife prefers it over other brands.
