Mica-Seal Waterproof Bird Bath & Concrete Sealer Spray, 16.90 oz

The product is very easy to apply, and the drying/reapplication time is reasonably short. I used this product as a third attempt to reseal my concrete birdbath, but disappointingly I still noticed a leak in one of the areas I thought I had sealed initially and again on the second day. I knew the birdbath was still not fully sealed when I checked the water level a day later and saw that there was no remaining water in the basin. Please see first accompanying photo. I may try respraying the product once more to target the specific leak area, to hopefully remedy the problem. Other than that one location, this product seemed to reseal the rest of the birdbath. ADDENDUM UPDATE: I recently reapplied product to leaking areas of basin and am now happy to report that bird bath is now fully sealed and retains water! Please see second photo above. I was overjoyed. I guess good things come to those who wait!

Have 2 concrete birdbaths with cracks, this spray works great. No leaks.

I used it on a cement bird bath that leaks. I let it dry completely between applications. Did not help at all.

The product was easy to apply but not sure yet how well it works to seal birdbath. Make sure area is clean before applying.

Was excited to use product, but didn’t really seal the holes as I had hoped. Sprayed it several times on neck/stand of concrete bird bath, let it dry, but water seemed to continue to weep out of invisible holes around and even where I had sprayed. Finally tried a product that was like instant concrete in a container and while not as cosmetically appealing, it worked perfectly. FWIW.

Worked well to seal an older bird bath with just two applications. Easy and quick.

Exactly as described. I used it on my concrete birdbath to keep water from evaporating in it and after 3 coats and storing it for a week.. it’s still holding water!!😊

Die Imprägnierung lässt sich wirklich unkompliziert auftragen – zügig verarbeitet, ohne großen Aufwand. Positiv überrascht hat mich die Ergiebigkeit: Man kommt mit dem Gebinde deutlich weiter als gedacht. Die behandelte Fläche wirkt gut geschützt. Einen Stern behalte ich mir vor, bis sich die Langzeitwirkung über Herbst und Winter bewiesen hat – bislang aber ein guter Eindruck.

Je l’ai utilisé pour sceller mon bain d’oiseau en béton. Formidable, l’eau reste propre beaucoup plus longtemps, il est facile à nettoyer. J’ai essayé beaucoup d’autres façons pour entretenir le bain et c’est la meilleure jusqu’à présent.
