Will this fit an 04 WRX?

It fits perfectly. It comes with all the hardware needed to work. I was impressed with the product. I have it on my 2005 wrx.

Is there a lip like this that will fit the 2005 impreza 2.5 rs sedan? the description above indicates this only fits the sti.

All you need to do is install the sti front bumper side splitters and it will fit seamlessly. It's a more aggressive upgrade for any rs or wrx as well so it's a win win.

Is this for a non sti wrx ?

Yes, but if you install the 04-05 sti front bumper side splitters it will fit and give your car a more aggressive look.

Will this fit an 04 Impreza Ts?

I put this on my 2005 WRX Wagon and it fit perfect. However I have the STI sedan front end conversion on my car. I would be worried about the gap in the middle of the front bumper. It might be to tall to fit in your bumper.
