I’ve been taking this along with MIRRY melatonin tablets. On some nights, it works amazingly well—I fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed. But on other nights, I’m not so sure if it’s working. Honestly, I can’t tell for certain yet, but the reviews were so good that I decided to trust the process. I’ve been using it for 2 months now, taking it once a day.
