Very effective. No colds or flu

Note that bottle says "Made in USA with Global Ingredients" which is probably true of all supplements that are compounded in USA since some of the ingredients don't grow much in USA. I could not find a date anywhere on the bottle, as is found for all other supplements I use. The daily "serving" is 3 caps, so the 240-cap bottle has 80 servings.

So far it does what’s needed.

Our family takes this 4 in 1 supplement to boost our immunity year round. If we feel like we are starting to get sick, we double it (this is not medical advice. Please do your research in amounts to take, especially for children). Nature Bell recently added quercetin to it, the zinc and Vi.t C amounts have remined the same to my recollection, but not sure on the elderberry. The color changed, however from purple to yellowish due to the quercetin Nature Bell assured me. I have taken quercetin on it's own before so I recognized the color, though I did contact them first to make sure I hadn't received an incorrect batch. PLEASE NOTE, this product is not returnable on Amazon, nor on Naturebell's web site. They will only take returns in you buy it directly from their web site.
