What can i mix it with to make it taste better?

I just mixed it with coconut water and it was quite tasty!

Extracts contain alcohol. Is the alcohol cooked out?

For all of our plant-based ingredients and botanics, we use glycerin-based and cold extractions. Although the vanilla extract we use here is not a glycerine-based extract, there's about 0.0007% of the bourbon vanilla extract in each serving of Dream Light. That's .03 mL vanilla in one 44 mL serving. It's used for flavoring, to pair with the smoked sea salt and round out the bitterness of saffron and reishi.

My bottle arrived and it is brown colored like gravy. no exp date. when i opened it it was like it was carbonated. doesn't seem right. can i return?

It is always brown and never has an expiration date, but I have never noticed it appearing to be carbonated. I would return it. The company is good to work with
