BARCO Grey's Anatomy Mid-Length Women's Talia Lab Coat

**Review written by Owen's wife** I am an FNP student and was looking for a stylish, professional looking lab coat of appropriate length (I wanted it between 30-32") and was having a hard time finding one at a brick and mortar store that didn't make me look like I was wearing a white sack/that wasn't too long. Amazon to the rescue! I was able to order 4 different lab coats so I could try them on and decide at home which one I wanted (3 different styles of Grey's Anatomy, one Cherokee) and this one was the winner! The material of this lab coat, which was true of all the Grey's Anatomy lab coats I received, was far softer than that of any other lab coat I'd tried, and had a little stretch while still holding it's shape well. Perhaps most importantly, this lab coat was a great fit for me in XS; fitted enough but with enough room to move around and it looks extremely professional! For reference I'm 5'7 115lbs typically a size 0 and finding a lab coat that wasn't way too big on me/didn't make me look like a man, which I don't think looks professional, was a struggle. Finally found my perfect lab coat in this style, and I couldn't be happier! The icing on the cake is the lovely tonal "heart line" embroidery along the top of all the pockets on the front, and the strap across the back. As a Cardiac nurse (& hoping to practice in Cardiology as an NP) that subtle detail made this lab coat even more perfect :) This lab coat also steams beautifully with a travel sized hand held steamer (also purchased on Amazon)! Literally took me 5 mins to steam out all the wrinkles it had from shipping! All in all, after trying on well over 25 lab coats from many different brands, I found Grey's Anatomy lab coats to be the softest, best fitting, most comfortable & easiest to steam/iron. Buy this lab coat! You won't regret it it!

This is a great coat for a great price. Over the ten years I have been wearing lab coats, I have tried almost everything: Figs, Medelita, Jaanuu, and some other ones you get at the school store. I prefer a thicker, sturdier material with no see through. This is not completely opaque but as good as it gets. NOTE: The others from the listed brands are not opaque, either. This coat is very professional, and way cheaper than the ones from those "designer" sites. No heartline on any of the ones I have, as some other reviews mention-- but honestly I didn't even know that was a thing and therefore do not mind whatsoever. The nit picky cons are: The side pockets are a bit small. The coat is polyester, not cotton. No inner pockets. But honestly it is a figure fitting coat so hard to put much in the pockets anyway.

I love the weight on this lab coat. It is a little heavier than some. It washes and drys (in the dryer) nicely. I haven't had to iron it. It is slightly fitted but not tight. I can move my arms and shoulders freely. I usually wear a size 12 top and this fits perfectly. I originally ordered up a size and the XL was too large.

Bought this as a backup lab coat as a medical student. We aren't allowed to have our jackets be past a certain length, so this one was perfect. The material is super soft, and I like the subtle detail of the EKG pattern that is sewn in. Some patients notice this on occasion. This jacket does have far fewer pockets than my previous, and none are on the inside. You could sew some in, but it is worth noting. Also, the detail in the back is non-adjustable but makes it look like you can to cinch the waist in. I find also that this jacket needs more washing since the material is softer rather than more rugged, but I'll take that anyday. A good jacket that can easily be embroidered and stands up well in busy clinics.

I had originally ordered a large based on the chart, but it was way too big in the shoulders. The medium fits much better. It looks nice and professional. The fit is flattering and feminine and stitching gives it just a little extra. I like that is not just your standard lab coat.

It does fit well. I did have to send the first one back because it was too big. I wish it didn’t advertise as having heartline stitching design when neither of the jackets I received had the stitching detail. I feel like they put that so you will buy it thinking you will get a cute stitching design on your lab coat when really you’re just buying a plain white lab coat. Other websites do provide this lab coat with pictures of the stitching design. I wish I would have just bought from one of them. I still might but at the same time this would be my second time returning this one and I’m not sure it’s worth it for some cute stitching. It’s nice and thick but definitely false advertising.

It looks very professional. The extra cost compared to others shows up in it's fit and quality. I'm very glad I bought this one. It keeps a form fit even over my scrubs.
