I was pleasantly surprised. Any bad reviews must be from a botched rug/shipment because mine took about 24hrs to flatten out (with the help of some heavy furniture on ends). No smell whatsoever and the color is perfect/versatile to many decors. It is not thick at all, but it is soft to the touch. I wanted something that would be inexpensive, as this is in a high traffic area of our open concept living room (we have kids and dog/cat). This is simple and cute and gives a perfect minimalist/farmhouse/Scandinavian look etc. Light and dark grays mix with a cream background. The light gray can almost look green/gray (very faint), which I love since I have comfort gray (green/gray SW paint) on walls in the adjoining room- but just be aware of this. For a 9x12 rug to be under $150 and be quality and soft to the touch is a terrific buy! This is my 3rd Savavieh rug I've purchased in the past couple months since completing a revo/addition. I will continue to stick with this company since all experiences have been positive so far.

I was concerned about getting white having a toddler but this rug had the best price for the size. It’s a nice quality rug for our living room and hasn’t slipped around at all. Going back to white, it’s surprisingly easy to clean. So far the toddler has spilled red salsa on it and had a #2 potty accident, both cleaned up perfectly fine with no stains left behind. I cleaned the salsa with dawn power wash as I was out of carpet cleaner and I cleaned the potty accident with great value carpet cleaner. Looks brand new

This rug is nice and soft, thin but with three kids, two dogs and foster dogs in and out, I needed something inexpensive and easy to clean that I could use and abuse. Only downfall is the rug came dirty..

The 9x12 works perfect in our living room. It is not plush, but it is soft to step on and sit. Our dogs love it and I love it because it is easy to clean! It did have a slight smell when unpackaged but it only lasted 24hrs and then was gone. Had weights on the corners for a couple days and rolled it back on itself to get the wrinkles out. Still has a few to work out but overall great rug for a very reasonable price!

I like this rug....not too thin and feels good under my feet. After I sat something heavy overnight on each end, I used some carpet tape on each end to hold the rug down!! GREAT PURCHASE!!!

Not as expected. Ends curl up. Just doesn’t look as I saw in pix. I have ordered runners before and were always satisfied.

Really love this rug. Seems to get a lot of compliments in my home. It’s pretty soft and did not have a smell when I got it in the mail. Of course I vacuumed it right after I laid it out. I think it’s great for the value! And with two girls at home, cleaning up messes have been pretty easy. Stains come right out. Happy about it! Would recommend 👍🏼

Great looking rug with just the right amount of thickness and easy to move around. Loved how it matches our grey floors and feels under my feet. The price is so reasonable

i needed a very large rug (12x15 feet) for a large room, this one was one of the lower priced ones i could find. i didnt xpect great quality and thats pretty much what i got. i was expecting a 12 foot long roll package, instead i got a 6 foot box like thing. the rug was folded in half and packed like a blanket. there were a ton of wrinkles and deep creases everywhere, i spent a few days putting heavy books and other flat objects on top after i unrolled it on the floor. i was able to get rid of probably 85% of the creases but some of it will never go away probably because of how thin the rug is. i also found a couple of small brown stains, no idea what they are from or how they got there since there was no damage to the package. and yes, there is a smell to it at first, seems to slowly go away after a while. its a fairly cheap rug, its ok for what it is, but i wouldnt expect to much out of it if i were you.

I purchased this for my livingroom. The pluses first it vacummes up beautifully,the pattern on it is beautiful. The only con I have is it's super low pile so not very soft on your feet
