Review: Complete Grip Training Set โ€” Great Quality and Actually Gets Used - Easy 5 stars โ€” this grip strength kit is exactly what I was looking for. One of the biggest positives is that I actually use almost everything included. A lot of kits throw in extras that never get touched, but this one feels well thought out and practical. The quality has held up well over time. After a few months of regular use, everything still feels solid and hasnโ€™t shown any signs of wearing out or breaking down. Itโ€™s also versatile โ€” whether youโ€™re just trying to improve grip strength, add in forearm work, or use it for general fitness, it covers all the bases without needing additional equipment. Overall, this is a great all-in-one option that delivers on both usefulness and durability. Pros: โ€ข Includes multiple useful tools (not just filler items) โ€ข Good durability even after months of use โ€ข Versatile for grip and forearm training โ€ข Great value as a complete kit Cons: โ€ข None so far Review: Keep Your Hands Strong with FitBeast. - The FitBeast hand exerciser is a great set of "tools" designed to help you develop grip/hand strength. It has a number of items in a pouch that allow for strengthening your hands. These exercises include squeezing a spring-loaded handle which works all the fingers together, another device with individual plungers that allow you to grip with one finger at a time, a heavy rubber ring which is great for working the web between your forefinger and thumb, a dense rubber ball for general squeezing, and a heavy rubber loop that you slide over your fingers and try to expand your grip, working different forearm muscles. Like many people, as I age, I am losing hand strength. This FitBeast kit is a good antidote at a very good price. --Old Guy ## Features - ๐—˜๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐——๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป โ€” Our hand grips feature a contoured shape that fits comfortably in your palms, reducing strain and fatigue during workouts. Depending on the extent of your stroke. I would imagine. I am of course no neurologist. But as a heart patient. IF you can lift it be it a weight or anything that can strengthen any joint. or if you can squeeze it ..use the hand gripper..and the finger guitar type thing in this group..the hand gripper adjusts to various strengths ..meaning not just one level by the knob on it . so very different than that of those you find in the stores. and just between finger and another at the lower settings. on the tip ends of the handles It would not hurt to try. **Q: Does it make your forearms bigger ?** A: Any grip strength training will build muscle in your forearms. This does not directly translate to bigger forearms, but it's certainly likely. ## Customer Reviews ### โญโญโญโญโญ Complete Grip Training Set โ€” Great Quality and Actually Gets Used *by T***A on April 4, 2026* Easy 5 stars โ€” this grip strength kit is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the product is good. Everything seems sturdy and well built. I like that the grip exerciser is adjustable so my husband and I can both use it. Each item works different muscles in your hands which is great because I work at a desk all day and have noticed significant muscle atrophy. The ball and donut shaped items double as good fidgets for people who need that. The only reason I couldnโ€™t give it 5 stars is the California warning label for possible toxic materials used. Iโ€™m super cautious about toxins and this has me a little worried. The warning also doesnโ€™t indicate what materials, in a long list on the Ca.gov website that it references, were used in making the product. But for now I gave it a good scrub and will use it until I find something else thatโ€™s non toxic. ## Frequently Bought Together - FitBeast Grip Strengthener Forearm Strengthener Hand Grips Strengthener Kit - 5 Pack Adjustable Resistance - Jump Rope, Tangle-Free Rapid Speed Jumping Rope Cable with Ball Bearings for Women, Men, and Kids, Adjustable Steel Jump Rope Workout with Foam Handles for Fitness, Home Exercise & Slim Body - Push Up Board,Home Gym,Portable Exercise Equipment,Pilates Bar and 20 Fitness Accessories with Resistance Bands and Ab Roller Wheel,Full Body Workout at Home --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - ๐Ÿ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** โ€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - ๐ŸŒ **Shop Globally** โ€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - ๐Ÿ’ฐ **No Hidden Fees** โ€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - ๐Ÿ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** โ€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - ๐Ÿ”’ **Secure Payments** โ€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - โญ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** โ€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/191107793-fitbeast-grip-strengthener-forearm-strengthener-hand-grips-strengthener-kit-5](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/191107793-fitbeast-grip-strengthener-forearm-strengthener-hand-grips-strengthener-kit-5) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
