Petromax is great to use. The small ft1 make the best peach and apple cobbler and beer bread ever. Easy to clean and take care of. And we own many Lodge cast iron products but use this one the most for small meals.

Nice little Dutch oven. Great for making a soup bowl or a one person loaf of bread.

Poor quality. Not worth the money. DO NOT BUY. It will serve the purpose, but not very well made. No indication as to where it is made, which they obviously are trying to cover up. Probably, some third world country by someone who is not old enough to work in the US. Used their reputation and the company's home country as a springboard to sell product. Unethical, at best, but should be criminal. Shame, but I doubt they have any.

It’s a great design for a number of reasons; Because the feet are on the lid you can nest ovens of like size and use them in a regular oven. Petronax is a Germany legacy brand but these ovens are unfortunately made in China.

I do not recommend this item or the business that sold it.

Lodge no longer makes a cast iron dutch oven this size and I wanted to buy a dutch oven this size that was not made in China. I thought this product was made in Germany but when it arrived it was labeled with stickers saying 'Made In China'. I am writing this review so that others don't make the same mistake.

Caution: Petromax phone number from the packing slip doesn't work. You can't call them and they will not respond to requests concerning ordering issues via emails. Note: I ordered from petromax and not through Amazon. Box arrived from Lehman's. I called them and they last the buck back to petromax. So I am stuck with a product I didn't order.

La consegna è avvenuta con un giorno di anticipo. L'imballaggio è stato adeguato alle dimensioni e peso del forno. È arrivato già stagionato, evidentemente unto di olio protettivo anti ossidante. Il prodotto è arrivato perfetto. Nessuna imperfezione e pesa davvero tanto. Lo spessore delle pareti si aggira fra i 6 e 7 mm. Cucinare qui dentro è fantastico. I cibi hanno un altro sapore. Bisogna imparare a cucinare, per evitare di bruciacchiare con una temperatura troppo alta sotto, ma lo si capisce già al secondo utilizzo. Lo consiglio a chi ama la cucina sana.

Parfait, quasiment 3 KG, robuste, permet de faire du pain en foret, genial ou peu se transformer en poele et mijoteuse... Ecolo, pratique mais tres tres lourde, pas mal pour une sortie a la journee.

offert à un ami, il a été très content de son produit pour faire la cuisine au feu de bois. Le produit est lourd, très lourd, en de bonne qualité. Pour son utilisation j'attends les premières recettes.

Es furte y tapa bien, es para toda la vida.. Entodas las casas deberia haber 1, por lo menos los que vivimos fuera de la urbe. En el fuego esta en su salsa, dentro del horno tambien , pero sin patas es mas versatil, aunque si la tienes que utilizar en brasas o fuego, mejor con patas.
