Awesome customer service. I can't reiterate that enough. They left out one of the fins in my order. I emailed supported and within minutes they responded and overnighted the missing fins."Soft" paddle board is an understatement however. Look at it wrong and it dents, scratches, gashes. After a week my SUPs looked like I'd owned them for years. They stain very easily. The cover is extremely non-durable. I had the SUPs sitting outside on the side of my house (which gets sun about 4 hours a day) for 3 months and now the cover material falls apart to the touch. Driving down the road with the SUPs on top of my car has caused the covers to shred to pieces. All I see is cover materials falling to the ground behind me. Definitely don't leave your SUP outside in the Florida summer heat.For what it's intended to do, it does it well. Floats well and easy to maneuver. Overall I'd buy again just knowing you get what you pay for. I got two of these packages for the price of one quality SUP with no accessories.

We bought the Ark package at the beginning of July and have been out about 5 or 6 times. This is our first SUP and we absolutely love it. Our order came very quickly and getting it ready for the water was super simple. The you tube videos from Greco were also helpful in answering novice questions. We had an issue with the paddle, but the people at Greco were extremely helpful and resolved the problem withing a couple hours of my contact. I can't say enough great things about my experience with the board or the company. Thanks!

Just got my board this today and getting ready to try it out. Customer service was great, Thanks to another reviewer for the tip on free shipping from Greco Surfs web site. I'll update this review more after I've had some time on it.Update 2 days later: This is the only SUP I have been on so nothing to compare it to. Feels light and balanced to carry . Seems to paddle pretty easy. Takes a little practice to keep it going strait without switching sides on every stroke but gets better with practice. Biggest surprise what a workout on your feet ( didn't realize I had so many muscles in my feet ) and lower legs from the constant adjusting of your balance. After about 30 or 40 minutes my lower legs and feet were pumped tight and wore out. The next day I could feel it in my back and shoulders some. I was planning on taking my 55 Lb dog on the board with me but I think I'll get a little more time on it to get my balance down good before I put my dog on with me. I'm sure I can paddle a kayak around the lake or ocean a lot faster than a SUP but the SUP is a Lot better workout and exercises your balance and with polarized sunglasses you can see the fish and aquatic life a lot better on the SUP. I plan on finding some way to attach a bungie net or some sort of tie down system on it. My first time out a C O stopped me and told me it's a grey area now but I probably should have a life jacket or boat cushion on board but he didn't know where I would put it. The top surface seems just right, just soft enough to dig in your toes for a sure grip. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to adjust the paddle length, The latch on the paddle pulls strait out instead of pulling from one side, I thought it was like a cam on a bicycle post or quick release wheels on a bike. To attach the fin you have to use a philips screwdriver to loosen up the metal tab in the bottom of the board and slide it back toward the middle of the board. The bottom seems soft enough it might get damaged if your not careful about where you beach it, I wouldn't drag it across any rocks. The people at GRECO SURFBOARDS have been really great at answering all my questions via email. They even upgraded me to home delivery free of charge so I could get it by Memorial Day weekend. I think the standard shipping sends it to the nearest metropolitan airport where you have to go pick it up. Overall I would say it's a great SUP for a pretty reasonable price Hope this was helpful.

This is the first SUP I've owned, and having only used a fiberglass board before I was concerned about how I was going to attached rigging to the deck. Most of the products for rigging SUP's and kayaks use either some kind of hardware that needs to be drilled into the craft, or super glue which needs to be applied to a sanded surface and would threaten to damage a foam board. However after searching Amazon, I was happy to find that Seattle Sports Lashmates Superstik Attachment System can secure rigging to a foam board without any problem!With the rigging attached, there's nothing I would change about this board. It's long and wide, making it very stable in the water regardless of conditions. It's not so long as to be awkward, however, as I could easily navigate through the narrowest parts of the marsh without difficulty. The board is very light for it's size compared to a fiberglass board, which makes carrying it much easier. It also sits securely on the Greco soft car racks I ordered, and using a washcloth to protect the corners of the board from the straps I haven't had a single mark from transporting it.The only thing I would change is the paddle. While the adjustable paddle is nice and light and works very well, I would have designed an adjustment system that didn't leave open holes in the paddle, as it causes the paddle to whistle like crazy in the wind. It was obnoxious enough to cause me to add duct tape to the unused holes in order to cut down on the noise.Overall you can't go wrong with this board. My husband and I decided on these for our first paddle boards and they are AWESOME! The company called me to let me know they had free shipping if you order from their website so we canceled our amazon order and reordered through the website and it saved us almost 200 bucks! They shipped fast and we were on the water the same week. These boards are pretty stable and easy to ride. It's such a fun hobby so if you are interested, give it a try! You wont be disappointed!
