he Bissell Commercial BigGreen BGFS650 Hercules truly lives up to its name! After using it to clean our facility floors, the results were nothing short of impressive. The difference was immediately noticeable — the machine lifted built‑up dirt and grime that mopping alone could never touch. In the before area, you can clearly see heavy discoloration and embedded dirt across the tile surface. After running the Hercules Scrub and Clean over the same section, the flooring looks dramatically brighter and refreshed. The after photo shows a clean, uniform floor with a visible contrast from where the machine worked its magic. What stood out most: Powerful scrubbing action — It pulled years of dirt from textured flooring with ease. Lightweight and easy to maneuver — Despite being a commercial unit, it glides smoothly and fits well in tighter spaces like offices and breakrooms. Professional‑level results — The cleaned floors look almost new again, with a clear improvement in brightness and overall appearance. First off, this floor scrubber is NOT an industrial deep grout cleaning machine. After reading the reviews I understood that before buying. The machine is VERY lightweight and has several warnings both on the machine and in the directions not to apply any weight to force the scrubbers, if you do this you will wear the motor out long before the machine is ready to die. This is a SURFACE scrubber, so if your grout is even a millimeter indented from the surface of the tile it will NOT scrub your grout. So why did I give it four stars? Because what it does do is scrub the floor. If you are looking for something to scrub a floor that does not have grout and is all the same level, or if you are looking to scrub tiles and handle your grout separately this is an awesome little machine! The previous owners of our house had painted the bathroom floor tile with latex paint. I had been hand scrubbing the paint off on my hands and knees with a scrub brush. After purchasing this floor scrubber I was able to do the entire floor in about an hour and it removed all of the latex paint with no effort on my part other than moving the machine along the floor. HOWEVER, due to how lightweight the machine is it does not apply any pressure at all to the scrubbers. There were a few spots on the floor of toilet seal wax, from where my husband had replaced our toilet. No matter how many times I went over it with the scrubber it would not scrub the wax off, only loosen it and I went over it with a towel and pulled it off. It is a great shower floor scrubber for maintenance cleaning, but again not if you were trying to remove years of staining and dirt from the grout. Conclusion - this is a great little machine for removing dirt and lightly stuck on debris from flat, even surfaces. It is extremely light and easy to carry up and down stairs. It doesn't take up much room in a utility closet and there are no tanks to clean or empty. It does NOT have the power of machines that you would rent but is great for making maintenance cleaning easier and faster.

I couldn't give it less than one star or I would have This machine is going back. I used for at least 20 extremely frustrating minutes to oil a floor until it over heated and wouldn't turn back on. Despite what the directions tell you, you will not be able to walk a zig zag pattern with a 1meter by 1 meter square. It won't happen. This machine generally wants to go wherever it puts its mind to it. You can try keeping it level but it will sneak away on you and smack into the wall. Also bc its so light and has a tendency to fire off in arbitrary directions (mostly to the left) it will also spray the oil that you are trying to apply to the floor all over the wall. Do not buy this. I would not wish this machine on people that I don't like. In all seriousness, I get what Bissell was trying to accomplish. I ended up putting this back in the box, running to the big box hardware store and renting a 20" floor finisher/waxer and using that for the second coat after the little Bissell that couldn't failed me 1/10th of the way thru the first coat so I had to apply by hand. The big machine weighs a ton, can be equally hard to control, but also bc it has significant weight it's easier to find that sweet spot balance point so it doesn't spin around you in some crazy death dance. So please, until Bissell turns down the power or adds some weights, or something, don't buy this machine. It's low price and compact cuteness will just disappoint you

I do not recommend this buffer. It has a mind of its own and will often get away from you! It seems to always want to go to the right and hops if you try to correct it. In short, I do not feel you have enough control over the machine. In places, the results are great! In other places, you find pad swirl marks from the machine getting away from you. I look forward to the next generation or two or three where this problem is addressed.

This is a great product for residential use. Makes SCRUBBING a floor a breeze. Nice product and easy to use. Not heavy and is self propelled. Comes with many different types of cleaning pads. Great for all hard floor types. Also for bare concrete floor in basements.

Light weight, adjustable height, easy for a 120lb woman to guide across concrete....pay attention to the instructions: they plainly tell you don't push down hard. Also the best way to describe how to use this is the analogy of painting with a roller. If you follow the v or w pattern you work all the cleaner into the floor. I used Mercado cleaner which is really cheap cleaner sold by Kroger. I tried Mean Green and even Lime away, but the Mercado worked good. I'll try Fabuloso. Let me know what you tried.

Searched several options for a floor scrubber. Even contemplated renting. Finally decided on this scrubber. My primary concerns were the ability of the scrubber to do the job and reliability. I have about 1800 sq ft of ceramic tile that needed a good scrubbing. The scrubber exceeded my expectations. I used the Zep floor cleaner at 1oz per gallon of water. Just poured some on the floor and started scrubbing. It not only cleaned the floor of several years of accumulated crap up in the master bath, it also cleaned a couple of years of grease and grime from the kitchen/family room areas. Key is using lots of cleaner and going over the same area a couple of passes. You literally need the floor covered in cleaner and use the scrubber to move it around and pass over each area multiple times. Doing it that way it even got most of the grout clean. Next scrubbing those will probably clean also. By lots of cleaner I used 3 gallons of water and 3 oz of Zep for the entire 1800sq ft! Not sure which is the better buy. The scrubber or the Zep! So this little scrubber is very capable of cleaning most home floors. As far as reliability I'll only know for certain many years from now, hopefully! But even though it uses plastic wheels and maybe even gears I've been around for over 60 years and frankly all of those machines made out of "iron" were not that good. The old days were never as good as we remember them. This scrubber seems to be well built for what it's intended. Home use. If it lasts long enough to clean the tile this well ever year for the next ten years I'll be happy. If it lasts twenty years then I'll be more than happy and more than 80 years old! Beats the hell out of the old days of actually scrubbing floors!

Light weight yet pretty powerful. Great for home/apartment use. Easy to manoeuvre and easy to store. Worked very well on tiles and linoleum tiles. Different pads are used for different jobs. Does a good job on everything from stripping floors to the final polish. Pretty solid construction and easy to handle while in use, light weight for carrying easy to store. Have some minor concern when changing the heads of brushes they are made of a strong durable plastic, so far no issue but time will tell. So far very happy with results as well as the value.
