Stable, durable, and effective
We put these under our bed for a little added clearance. Each riser gives you an extra inch of height and right now we've stacked the maximum recommended number (3). I was hesitant about these at first because they aren't one solid piece. but they work great and are more stable than some of the other risers I've seen because the wheels on the bed frame fit snugly into the tray. Other risers without this feature are much less stable because the wheels can move around a bit. I stayed with a friend who used that style and every move in bed felt like an earthquake. One thing to check before you buy these - does your bed have 4 legs or 5? We didn't notice the 5th leg in the middle of our queen-size frame and the first time we put the risers on it was stable, but not unnoticeable. We recently added an inch, going from 2 risers to 3, and bought 8 more so we could stabilize the middle post on the bed frame as well. It was good before, but feels rock solid now even with a tempur-pedic mattress and my affinity for leaping into bed. I don't know what exactly they are made of, but they haven't broken yet.

extra height
I needed to raise a couch so I could slide a lap desk under the front. I was unable to use these the way they are designed because of the size/shape of the chair leg. Instead, I flipped it upside down and it works, but it has a concave area that collects dust. They seem very strong. The couch has to bear a lot of weight and the risers haven't shown any signs of failure. I have stacked them and they seemed secure, but I didn't need that much height. They don't call a lot of attention, being clear, the eye just sees carpet. The corners are rounded, and I have never stubbed my toes on one. I was afraid the risers would cause the couch to move around, but it hasn't.

Almost perfect bed risers
The clear bed risers worked very well on lifting the bed. The parts fitted into each other and the wheels of the bed frame fit into the top of the risers - just as advertised. The only problem is with the little black circles on the bottom of the risers. I understand that they are to prevent the risers from sliding all over the place and making the bed move too easily - but they catch too easily on any unevenness of wood floors and then the risers come off and the end of the bed falls down. Beds do need to be moved a little in order to have the sheets changed and these risers make that tricky to do.

Inexpensive, easy to use, sturdy
I had bought these a couple years ago when they were hard to find and only offered by a select vendor at $60 for just 4 of them! Now for 8 I pay $17... They are well worth that and by having the 8 of them I was able to raise my office/computer desk to the height I needed. They work very well and they have indentations on top for as they show in the photo for a oblong wheel of a metal bed frame to fit in and for me the square legs of my desk fit great as well. You must inspect what you are trying to raise and read the product description for dimensions as not all things to be lifted will fit properly and you don't want wobbly or loose fitting heavy items up on these or any blocks for that matter. Highly recommended but do a little homework first to make sure they are right for yout needs.

Worked great for me!
I bought these about six years ago to add some storage space under our guest room bed. The room was also my craft room so I needed the extra space for all my fabric and other crafting goodies. The risers worked great. I only needed to raise the bed up a little bit to fit my storage containers so I only needed to use one riser on each corner. The bedframe was on casters but they were stable on these risers, which I was worried about. We never had any issues with the bed sliding around on the risers during the years it was up on these risers. The risers themselves didnโt slip either - they stayed in place well on our hardwood bedroom floors. They held the weight of the bed just fine. It was a full bed and we didnโt notice any cracking. We have moved since then, and we got rid of the guest bed, but Iโve been looking for my risers recently because our bed in the master bedroom sits really low and Iโve been wanting to store vacuum sealed bags of winter clothes/blankets underneath it but there isnโt even enough height even for small things like that. I think I lost my risers in the move, so Iโm thinking about buying another set since I was so happy with the last ones.

Better than perfect, well planned and designed set. Raise Its rock!
Though I teased my Mom about using the space under her bed for storage of things that she has too many of (shoes,) I decided to surprise her with raising her bed, with some sort of device that she had heard about from my brother. Being handy in the wood shop, I considered making a set of 4 or 6 very basic wooden blocks, like many of the existing products that I had seen while searching Amazon. When I ran across the "Raise Its," I was immediately drawn to them as they are clear, and practically invisible. This immediately solved my problem of what type of wood I was going to use and the quandary over stain to use to match my Mom's existing bedroom decor. Two days later, I was installing these 4 neat little see-through blocks under my Mom's bed frame. To be such a simple device, the Raise Its are well designed and well thought out, feature packed, contraptions. Not only are they stack-able, but they also came with little anti-slip thingies, and they even have an indent for the bed frame wheels to properly be seated in a stationary manner. The best thing that ever could have been inside the pack was the seventh and eight block. I had not anticipated that the bed's headboard needed to be supported as well. This is a well thought out package in my opinion, especially considering the fact that most of the others, with their bodacious designs, were more expensive and came in sets of only 4. So not only did the Raise Its meet my technical requirements of being low profile, both physically and by design, my Mom was more than impressed. She probably needs only 3 or 4 more King sized beds to hide the rest of her shoes! Thanks Raise Its!!!

NOT ALL THAT STURDY WHEN 3-HIGH
I GOT 3 BOXES OF THESE TODAY AND NEEDED 3 RISERS UNDER EACH LEG OF MY FRAME TO REACH THE DESIRED HEIGHT. AFTER INSTALLING UNDER ALL SIX FEET OF MY KING BED FRAME, I JIGGLED TO MIMIC THE MOTION ATTRIBUTABLE TO WHEN ENGAGING IN AMOROUS ACTIVITIES IN BED WITH MY SPOUSE AND IT FELT VERY UNWIELDY. I WAS AFRAID THAT THE FRAME MIGHT, AT SOME POINT, VERY WELL HAVE SLIPPED OFF THE RISERS. SO I AM RETURNING THEM AND AM LOOKING AT JUST GETTING A HIGHER PROFILE BED FRAME. MAYBE I WAS ONLY GOING 2-HIGH I'D HAVE KEPT THEM AND MYBE RATED IT HIGHER. NOTE THAT IF YOUR BED RESTS ON A FLOOR OTHER THAN CARPET, LIKE WOOD, ONE BOX WILL ONLY COVER 4 LEGS AS ONLY 4 OF THE 8 HAVE THE NON-SLIP RUBBER PIECE TO KEEP THEM FROM SLIDING ON WOOD/VINYL. SO FOR 6 FOOTED FRAMES YOU WILL NEED 3 BOXES LIKE ME. IF YOU USE ON CARPET JUST MULTIPLY THE NUMBER OF FEET ON YOUR FRAME BY THE DESIRED INCREASE IN HEIGHT AND DEVIDE BY 8. TO DETERMINE THE # OF BOXES YOU WILL NEED.

3 Times the Charm!
I tried 2 other products before I found this one. The others were too tall, bulky, and ugly for use in the living room. I just needed something that would raise the couch and love seat up so that my NEATO robot vacuum (which is also awesome) could make it all the way under and out the other side. I only needed to raise them about an inch and I wanted something that was as un-noticeable as possible. These Raise Its did the job! I ordered only one box, which is 8 pieces. I put the risers with the non-slip on the back legs of the couch and love seat to prevent slipping on the hardwood floor and the risers without the non-slip on the front legs since they are on the rug that reaches part way under the fronts of both furniture pieces. Looks great and no more having to rescue the robot vacuum! I'm very impressed. I wish the profile was just a tad bit smaller, maybe a round shape instead of a square shape, but that's just a product enhancement recommendation for the manufacturer. I am so happy that I found a solution that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Helpful and affordable mobility aid
Getting out of lower couches and chairs gets more to be more of chore with each passing year. These furniture risers have seen constant and demanding use over the last couple of years. They are easy to place and after awhile you don't notice them. They are strong and stack well. They are stable and don't slip or separate, even on hardwood. Each one is about 1" in height. We have used 2 risers stacked for several of our pieces of furniture. Most furniture legs will fit nicely. A good product. Richard Monks

Great!
These work great. I had the one piece kind, with the angled sides. They don't hold as much weight. And as I discovered one frisky Sunday morning, they don't hold up to much movement. The castor punched right through! These ones are way more robust and have a much higher weight rating. And they just seem more stable overall. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent choice!
These are great! I use them to prop up my large computer monitor.... very stable and they blend well with the wood-grain finish on my desk.

Good
These work very well to raise the height of an armchair. However it should be borne in mind that once placed, the armchair should stay in that set position, unless repositioned.
