The ingredient black 2 (ci 77266) shows up as pretty toxic, but isn't this brand supposed to avoid toxic ingredients?

All I know it is one of the best eyeliners around , I have used it for a while now no problem.. If concerned about being toxic I wouldn't use anything then..

What’s the easiest way to get it off?

At the end of the day when I wash my face, it comes off with my face wash (Neutrogena) or you can also use coconut oil. I very much love the eyeliner. I've used many in years past and this one is the best for ease of use or I use a Q tip to correct any small errors. Its also great at not burning my sensitive eyes.

Does this contain any form of pfas (forever chemicals)?

This item does not contain any form of PFAS.

Could this be used to fill in eyebrows?

Yes, it could if you wanted a very dramatic look. It's very pigmented and would not give a natural look for brows as it's not a matte liner. But for dramatic brows I can see it working. It's not super shiny but it's not flat matte either. It is a very long wearing formula and it's easy to make thin lines accurately and to taper/feather the ends of the lines perfectly. Hope this helps people curious.
