Lock Repair Set 24 PCS (1 Blue Lock)

I wasn't expecting much from a $25 pick set, but this somehow still failed to meet my expectations. Some of the picks came with burrs on them that needed to be filed off to even be able to fit into a keyway, and I was able to bend some of the hooks after even a few normal pickings. Im not sure if these are 25 thousandths thickness, but they barely fit into any padlock so don't even try. Finally, there are no tension wrenches that work well for top of the keyway tensioning which is how you're going to want to pick 80% of locks. If you really want to learn how to pick, save up a bit more and buy a quality set from a reputible picking retailer and pick up a 18 thou hook for padlocks.

Quite a few of the picks were bent. Nipple on quite a few pick as well. The lock itself is so sloppy you could pick it with a stick or literally anything small enough to get in the keyway.

Not worth the price. The zipper case it came with was broken on arrival and didn’t zip to hold together and then the whole zipper came off and pieces keep falling out. The prongs are very cheaply made with the plastic splatters everywhere.

The 2 tools were bent, the case is poorly made and the handles were a mess. They still work so I’ll at least give 4/5 stars but the look and feel really sucks. Would recommend if you don’t care about small cosmetic details.

The picks were ok but some of them came bent but that wasn't a problem as I could bend them until they were straight. The lock however sucks. The keyhole is w weird shape and none of the tension wrenches could fit in it the right way. Another thing was all the pins were set to the same height and you could with anything flat just push on the pins and it would open

I liked that they actually work, had to do a couple practice runs because I was a little rusty, alot of helpful picks, got weird looks tho when I was practicing on my car 🤷🏻‍♂️

My husband has taken up a new hobby and this has kept him busy for hours at a time!

Second time I’ve bought this product. 1st time because it was stolen. Works good in a pinch with household locks that your kids decide to play with keys and loose them.
