Review: Died violently after 3months UPDATED - Still cooling after all this time and working great I am updating my below review to let everyone know that I contacted Caynel through desertcart and they promptly sent me a new one as a replacement. In the mean time we purchased a Coolilu and the Caynel is about 10 degrees cooler most times - thermometers in both for the exact time and then alternating them gives same result. Will see how long it lasts and update again. worked perfect for 3 months keeping formula cool so we didn't have to run up and down all night and then in a loud bang or cracking that woke us up it died - the fan would not spin unless I blowed in to jump start it but alas there was no cooling as it would not spin. The return date from desertcart was may 31st so we are not stuck with a play box for our now 1 year old. Yes I read the reviews but held out hope...:(

**Q: What’s the customer service contact information? Mine stopped working after 2 months**
A: I can't say the same for mine but, have you tried contacting the company. I am always up for a battle if I buy something and it doesn't work. I keep my papers to everything for about a year. If it has a guarantee keep your papers to it. Oh! fight your battles nicely they go a lot further. You have nothing to lose and if that doesn't work the power of a review can stop others from buying and item. We must always read to know what am I getting into.

**Q: one year hassle free warranty by Carnell works?**
A: I have not had the Mini Fridge fCaynel for a year but to this day she was in my classroom at least for 4 months and now due to the world situation I brought it home and it is in my bedroom. This cooler has worked well for me. I can't tell you how long she will last but my experience with other mini fridge is about one and a half year plugged all day long. Which if you think about it for a good price you have this mini that can solve that one thing you might want it for. I would buy another Caynel to replace this one when the one I have goes. I like it a lot! It serves my need.

**Q: Fan stopped working how do I fix it**
A: You dont
Ours did the same thing
Ended up tossing it out

**Q: How can you put 8 cans in the fridge?**
A: Prob 6- take the shelf out and lay the cans on their sides

I’ve had my little fridge for less than 6 months and it stopped working for no apparent reason. We tried to contact the maker as stated in their paperwork but when you go to the website there wasn’t a place to register a complaint and receive another fridge. Will not buy this product again.
