Thick @5$ cord
This cord is heavy duty and apparently and handle pretty much all weather conditions. It'll suit any outdoor needs. I have one in my attic connected to my attic fan. Its definitely overkill but Im okay with that.

Spend a little more and buy "Made in USA" especially with electrical products. I was using another extension cord for my EV charger that was supposed to be able to handle the load but the wire was consistently getting hot. I got this extension cord and had no issue since. This cord has been staying cool and my peace of mind has been a lot calmer.

Best heavy duty weather resistance brand, no lighted ends
Purchased it because it has the best weather resistance with no lighted ends. -58F (-50C) to 221F (105C). Southwire makes one for -94F too but don't need one that extreme yet. Annoyed southwire didn't show up easily in amazon search results for unlighted heavy duty weather extension cables. Had to look elsewhere to find exactly what I wanted, then buy here. Amazon is overrun with lighted extension cords atm. Be aware this 12 guage cord is thicker than standard extension cords. No chemical smell.

Solid to the core and current
This 10 gauge replaced a 14 gauge cord used on a portable air conditioner. 14 gauge cord would heat up where this one doesn't. Solid and thick. Passes current well.

NOT good for indoor use
I bought this to use in the bedroom but the cord smells like diesel covered construction guy and is too still to lay flat and the male and female parts are oversized so 2 much for little old lady to handle. (I’m trying to be funny here just to spice these monotonous reviews up) so il be powering my air conditioner with my loud, flamboyant rainbow coloured cord and no it’s too dangerous to joke about those.
