I've been suffering from recurring UTI's for quite some time now, and trust me when I say it's not the best experience at all. Technically, protecting your gut against these issues reduce risk of developing recurring UTI. As per my experience with this supplement, I'm confident to say that its one of the best out there. I've never encountered any side effect or reactions that would worsen my condition. After months & months of gastro issues, lots of unexplained weight loss and every medical test in the book, I still had few answers. My Doc recommended a probiotic but the cost was too expensive & not feasible but I knew I needed to try one. This was recommended by a friend & after 40 days I have better results than anything else from the last year. I've even gone to 1 pill every other day and I'm hopeful that my gut continues to improve. No true medical info but it's helped me so much and perhaps it's worth a try for you. I've been taking these raw probiotics for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed several positive changes. I've had gut issues for years, including constipation, diarrhea, and bloating. I've tried other probiotics in the past, but none of them have worked as well as this one. One of the first things I noticed was that my bowel movements became more regular. I've used a few different types of probiotics and this has the trifecta, probiotics, prebiotics, and digestive enzymes. I only take 1 in the morning and it for sure helps get everything flowing without tummy pain.

In 2015 I started having issues with diarrhea, stomach pain, cramping, and skin eczema. Soon after, I found that I could no longer tolerate dairy or gluten. I visited several gastroenterologist through the years. I was told I was told my body was having trouble digesting food. I was told I had IBS (which now I think is not a thing at all. It's just an unhealthy gut) all sorts of tests were done and was told I would have to take dicyclomine with every meal indefinitely. Still I had no real improvement with medication. I gave up on Drs. My diet was limited and I felt horrible. I began doing researching and I read about gut microbiome and how having an unhealthy gut can cause some of the symptoms I was having and how probiotics can help. So ok. I began experimenting with different probiotics and pre probiotics. Again, no real results. I read the reviews for this and decided to give it a shot. This bottle of pills did not disappoint!! Within 2 weeks the cramping, pain, and diarrhea lessened and my stools were becoming more firm. So ok, over the next couple weeks on this probiotic I slowly began eating foods I had previously stayed away from but still avoiding dairy and gluten. Things improved more. It has been a little over a month and in this week I've purposely eaten everything that before would cause the symptoms I mentioned above. And there was little to none. These probiotics are the reason. For 7 years I suffered. From 2015 until Oct 2022. Nothing any Dr. has prescribed for me has gotten me to the level of comfort my stomach feels after a meal or after eating dairy or gluten as these have. There has been a drastic change. I feel about 90 percent better. I ordered another bottle last week and I'm sure by the time this is gone I will be 100 percent. For anyone out there suffering from IBS dairy intolerance or belly pain and cramping give this a try. Everything isn't for everybody, but for me, this was my cure. I thank the makers of this product. I have my life back I no longer have to worry about watching everything I eat and finding substitutes for everything. Which is hard when you have food intolerances because your nourishment suffers. I am now able to eat healthy well rounded meals without the worry, pain, diarrhea, eczema and feeling all around lousy. I'm ok now.

These work great, however, I got broken capsules in 2 of the bottles that I bought together, which is a bummer.

These are fantastic! If I could give them more stars I would. I love that there are shelf stable and have soooooo many different strains of probiotics. This is, by far, the most encompassing probiotic that I have found! My gut always feels so much better when I take the regularly. 100% would recommend!
