Got this for my granddaughter to put in her stocking. She loves it. Of course You are my sunshine is one of her favorite songs. She lays in bed at time while relaxing and plays it.

If the wood it was constructed from was a little thicker, sturdier, I'd probably give it a full five stars. I'm just a little concerned that if she drops it on a pile of feathers, it's going to crack apart. Other than that, everything else is beautiful and works wonderfully. I love the paint job, the song,... everything! And, you can't beat the price either! I got it for my wife (just because) and she loved it! That song has significance to us and so, every now and again, I'll hear her in her office playing it. Does my heart good. So... I think it was definitely worth it.

For the price, I highly recommend this. My kids love this. It's so easy to play music on them. The music is perfect. I bought "You Are my Sunshine" and the notes were beautiful. The box is small and not really strong. With kids as little as 6, this hasn't caused any issues. Definitely recommend it as a gift for others or your kids.

Works good but is extremely small, maybe a bit larger than a small matchbox.

I bought this for my neighbor who was hospitalized. He likes mechanical things and music. I chose this one specifically because of the blue color, much different than the usual wood color. The writing on it is somewhat difficult to make out, though. But that didn't matter. He was very pleased and enjoyed watching the gears turning while he turned the handle. I also appreciated the price. A good value.
