Good enough, they could be a little thicker but they work if you use 3 or 4.

I was initially disappointed in the coarse quality of these pads. I wanted something soft to coddle the wounds that appear on my wife's leg that I am caring for. In talking with the nurse at the wound care center, it was explained to me that a certain amount of debridement was necessary for healthy tissue to grow and fill in the small sizes of the leg ulcers she developed. These are perfect for that. As was explained in another critique, there are various types of gauze pads! Make sure you are purchasing the correct style for your needs! I use these with saline solution to cleanse the wounds and clean flaking skin from her leg that has been caused by bandaging. For cleansing, these are perfect. I use a mineral oil shield (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004YNP2CA/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I17FOR1L3VJQ17&colid=176SD2T2M0JEZ) to separate the softer bandaging I use from the wound itself. This prevents scabs from being pulled off by gauze pads. I hope this helps. Stay well!

These came on time in perfect condition. They are professional grade, individually sealed, stated as sterile, right size. They are on the thin side though from what I imagined. I think they are exactly as described on the listing though. I just didn't really understand. But they are going to do the job for me. I am folding them over since I don't need a square bandage and the folded pads are ideal. I wouldn't recommend them for a new wound bandage expect for a scrape as I think (but don't really know) they would not be easy release from blood clots. I am using them to protect my stitches and a healing wound which is already dry. They would be good for use to clean and wipe areas though. I would buy again. Good price too and quick ship.

Don’t get these if you’re looking for anything other than extremely thin gauze pads. They claim to be 12 ply - and they are - but each “ply” is a see through, thin netting. All 12 layers together are thinner than a single layer of bandaid cushion care

Precisely what I needed and th right size, too

These were okay - not great, not terrible. Very thin and not particularly well made. Really too thin for bandaging for me as I still have light drainage& bleeding and it soaks right through to my clothing.
