I'm 5'11" and a little thick at 180# Will this dress be long enough?

This is a great costume and dress, but it is pretty short. You can always wear black shorts underneath as a backup.

How long to ship? i ordered mine on 10/15, gave an estimated date of 10/28. after buying it states ‘order received’ with no delivery date.

Its hard to say. I bought mine well over a year ago but it was also "in stock" at the time and got it the next day. I purchased mine early in fear I may need to alter it to fit but was pleasantly surprised that it needed no alteration at all and looked exactly like it did in all the pictures.

How to contact customer service

Most 3rd party sellers have a reputable cystomer service number listed in their profile. If they dont, you may want to shop with another seller. If its through Amazon, you can get help several ways via phone or thier website. I peronaly use the live CHAT option on Amazon because the problem us usually solved immediately

does the dress come with the outfit?

The DRESS IS the outfit and it's all one piece with the exception of the cape which is also included. You're on your own for the gloves and the stockings (recomended)
