Firstly, the customer service is amazing! 5 stars! Really helpful!The product is great quality and easy to use.There aren’t instructions as previous review states but you wouldn’t expect them with any other product so why this one? You can find really helpful workout videos online and the team are releasing a video to accompany this product imminently too!I struggled slightly with the foot hooks at first, only thing I would add to this is a strap tightener to make those bigger and smaller.Would suggest this to anyone looking to workout at home!Thanks guys!

No instructions provided with belt had to search on YouTube and even then it's not instructions I had to.look at a work.out to figure it out. Also thought it would come with some work out giude but no and there's not much in YouTube. I've used twice very disappointed

Seems good quality but what would have been good is a leaflet on what exercises you can do with it bit disappointing

Great product and came in time

it can be useful if you know how to use it. it comes without a booklet. in the beginning I didn't know how to use it, and it was painful on my ankles since I was wearing shorts, so I gave up. but after a couple of weeks, I decided to make use of it, I use it with pants so it doesn't hurt my ankles, and the bands started to be more flexible.
