Do these bottles actually say "Smuggs" on the bottle or are they more discrete in nature? Seems like that would be a silly give away...

They do. In the blue part of the label, the smaller word says Smuggs. It's barely noticeable unless you're really looking for it. And the good thing I liked about it, were the seals for underneath the caps. If it were to ever go as far as them looking in to the bottle, they're sealed.

Where do I get replacement seals? I see them for other bottles, but not specifically for these? I don't want to buy the wrong ones.

What is actual height of bottles

I don't know. Sorry. These were used for an over seas trip and we did not bring the bottles home. They are average height of shampoo/conditioner. They worked well
