Can I use this facial wash while using Differin?

Yes, but I would not use it every day if you are experiencing much irritation or peeling since it contains glycol acid.

is this more cream based like a lotion or is it runny? Thanks

It is not a cream but also not runny. I would describe it like shampoo in consistency. You have to squeeze the bottle to get it out. I have combination skin and this is not over drying, nor does it leave me feeling like I need to wash my face again, like some gentle cleaners do. It also smells really nice and fresh like oranges or citrus.

How long does the bottle last if used twice a day?

You only use a small pea amount because its thick formula i use it daily an its lasted me about 3 months and I still have some leftover. Using twice a day easily get 3 months
