Cooljag BOS-DQ-E (1156) 2U ACtive cooler for Intel LGA1150/1155/1156

Cooljag BOS-DQ-E (1156) 2U Active cooler for Intel LGA1150/1155/1156I ordered this CPU cooler to be mounted to a Gigabyte motherboard which in turn is to be mounted in a 2U rack mount case. According to the Amazon product page, the unit comes with a "LGA1150/1156/1155 screw mounting set" which I took to mean the front mounting plate and the back mounting plate.I did not open the CoolJag CPU cooler box right away since I had to wait for the arrival of the motherboard. Once I DID open the CoolJag box I discovered that it does NOT come with a back plate and so it is impossible to mount the cooler on the motherboard!Really?I have ordered several CPU coolers (from other vendors for the same general price) in the past and they all came with the back mounting plate. Otherwise you are left trying to mount the cooler to thin air!On the CoolJag web site I see they sell back plates as "accessories". Wow! An inexpensive but required part is considered to be an accessory! It is a wonder automobile manufacturers do not start selling cars without wheels: how do you suppose that would work out?If the product page clearly stated that the unit does not come with a back plate that would be OK since you can just order one. But the convention is to include all the parts needed to actually use the product -- omitting the back plate is absurd.As for the cooler itself, who can say? Since it can not be mounted I can not tell if it does a good job cooling. The cooler is a combination of aluminum and copper fins and looks as though it should do a good job. But for now, it is just an expensive paper weight.
