Euthymol Original Toothpaste 75ml

Nice toothpaste that certainly gets the job done. Flavor of the toothpaste is nothing of a minty gimmick, but I will say it's nice and "Euthy" that certainly reminds you of Pepto-Bismol but not if you were chugging it. On my teeth it's easy and leaves them a nice white. Even if you were to forget to brush for a few days (or a week!) they'd still make them look nice and healthy. It's effective enough to leave parts of your mouth feeling a bit dry for a while but that'll be a testement to it's effectiveness. I've bought this imported toothpaste 2 times now, and will certainly be getting another tube once it runs out.

Making myself brush twice a day for the dentist recommended 2 minutes always felt like such a chore. Not with this stuff though! From the cute (but not too kitschy) packaging to the bright pink color to the totally unique flavor, Euthymol is downright fun. I look forward to brushing my teeth after every meal. And because it doesn’t make food taste weird after, you can brush your teeth first thing in the morning and still enjoy coffee or OJ at breakfast. But the most important part is that it works. Or at the very least it works as well as any similar toothpaste. It isn’t a whitening toothpaste and they don’t make any claims about tooth or gum sensitivity. That said, I have very sensitive teeth and (used to have) thin gums and my smile is brighter and healthier than it was with any whitening and/or sensitive kinds of toothpaste. At first I thought it was simply from brushing more thoroughly/often, but friends and family have been just as impressed with how well it works after one try. I’ve tried a LOT of different toothpastes, and this one blows the others (including some embarrassingly fancy ones) out of the water...which is unfortunate because it’s not cheap. I’m typically pretty skeptical of feeling so strongly about a product, and I’ve tried quite a few other toothpastes since my first tube of Euthymol, but I just keep coming back. Can’t win em all I guess. But if you have the extra couple dollars - TRY THIS

This is minty with a little clove and cinnamon, but it doesn't taste like the boring super sweet mint American toothpastes that I usually use. It emphasizes flavor over sweetness and reminds me more of the polishes that my dentist uses when I get my teeth cleaned. And the price is right. The only nit is I switched to Floris Rose mouthwash, and this tends to drown out the flavor. Just a small thing. I'd take off half a star for that but Amazon doesn't have that functionality.

I first stumbled across this great toothpaste in a small chemist in County Slane Ireland. Because I cannot use floride toothpaste without running the risk of painful mouth ulcers I was instantly drawn to this product. I do not believe they could have changed the packaging in fifty some odd years. It certainly has a bygone generation appeal to it. The taste and colour are very similar to Pepto-Bismo for those of you in the states. This is not a bad thing in my opinion, as pepsin has been a popular flavoring agent since the dawn of chewing gum. The toothpaste is very effective, and with its strong antiseptic qualities can even replace your bottle of Listerine. Unfortunately this product cannot be obtained in the United States except through import shops, however we are very fortunate in that Amazon is home to several of those shops. I cannot imagine a scenario in which I could obtain this toothpaste but would voluntarily choose something else.

If you love Altoids and its extreme mint potency, BUY THIS TOOTHPASTE. It will knock out your bad breath back to hell where it came from. It's shocking at first, but you get used to it. The pink color is fun and it's unique all around.

My experience using this toothpaste goes back more than 40 years, when a military dentist recommended it (and, therefore, had no bias). My first thought was that it was an acquired taste. Since then I have used it whenever I could. It's not always as available in other countries as it is in the UK but, thankfully, the web has made it easier to obtain. Sometimes I cannot buy it, so I end up buying other "better" US brands such as Tom's. But when I return to using Euthymol, my teeth not only feel cleaner, but the health of my gums improves and my whole mouth stays fresher and cleaner longer. I don't feel the need to use mouthwash anywhere near as much. Also this pack of 12 brings the cost per tube down to about half the price of those "better' US toothpastes - and that's as an import! I don't need any more encouragement to recommend it to anybody who is looking for a better toothpaste.

Spot on toothpaste from UK. Blend of anti plaque ingredients. Special flavour oils for healthy teeth and gums. Distinct Euthymol taste.The main antiseptic ingredient in Euthymol is thymol. (Thymol an oil found in thyme) Since it is antiseptic, Euthymol can help with the prevention of mouth ulcers. Fantastic and a must have for Healthy gums.

meh. i enjoyed the taste and it felt like extra strong, but i purchased it specifically for it's whitening effects, and didn't see any difference there. not worth it for me. the pink colour is fun though.

Certamente questo dentifricio può piacere come no , può inebriare il gusto di alcuni come risultare disgustoso ad altri , ma sicuramente almeno per una volta è un’ insolita esperienza sensoriale che consiglio di provare ,nel bene o nel male non vi lascerà certamente indifferenti . Non lo si può paragonare ai soliti dentifrici da supermercato a cui siamo abituati , anzi con il suo stile old fashion sembra uscito dal baule dei ricordi del nonno , non sfigurerebbe in una casa museo dei primi novecento tra il set da toilette con vecchi rasoi a mano libera , pennelli da barba in pelo di tasso e pettini in osso , l’Euthymol ha ancora il tubetto in alluminio come una volta , la pasta è di un inconsueto color rosa acceso , ma a sorprendere in modo piacevole o per altri disgustoso è il sapore ,a primo impatto lo potrei definire simile alla canfora , vagamente di cannella e di chiodi di garofano , ma già al primo contatto con la lingua si percepisce un leggero pizzicore e il prevalere sempre più prepotente del gusto del timolo, è incredibile che dopo ore si possa ancora sentire il suo effetto , basta bere un bicchiere d’acqua e la sensazione sarà di un collutorio al timolo . dunque dentifricio particolare contenente timolo un ottimo battericida naturale , dal gusto caratteristico canforato certamente non adatto a tutti , penso che lo potrebbero apprezzare le persone che adorano i chewin gum gusto spyci cinnamon ( cannella ) o in generale gli aromi estremamente speziati , invece sconsigliato a chi è più tradizionalista e preferisce gusti classici tipo menta o salvia e non adora i sapori troppo arroganti . spero questa recensione vi possa essere utile

Used this tooth paste for years it's amazing and my mouth feels fresh

Having used a myriad of toothpastes throughout the years, I eventually came across Euthymol and was surprised that more people didn't know about it. A super effective fluoride-free toothpaste, whether or not you care about 'fluoride-free', this stuff is excellent and leaves your teeth feeling clean for hours. Somewhat 'strong' in sensation and taste (which you get used to - find it enjoyable now), it's brilliant for teeth and gums, actually making a visible difference which other toothpastes fail to do. I've had an on-off bleeding gum issue, but using Euthymol keeps the issue at bay. It also prevents the 'white spot on teeth' issue I suffer from when I use fluoride toothpastes. I have gone back and forth, and find myself returning to Euthymol every time. Also, the packaging is an absolute dream; vintage and metal tube, what's not to love? Anything in a squeezy metal tube is a winner!
