So I’m like ...oookaaaay. Then I open up the product box and notice how the case wasn’t really closed/closing, then I realized one of the parts was not in the notched part it was supposed to be in. I inspected it. Doesn’t seem anything wrong with it. But, the one thing I mainly got this product for was the silicone head. And I was highkey disappointed in the way that it looked. There’s like these little black crumbs?[zoom into the last pic to see the crumbs] In it and also on the handheld thingy as well with some lint . It gives off the feel that it might’ve been used or been in the hands and home of someone else. Then I try to open the hand thingy to see the condition of the battery compartment, but I couldn’t open it for the life of me. And it’s not cuz I’m weak, cuz I’m not. I occasionally lift and carry heavy boxes. Anywho, with my little investigation, I don’t feel I received a brand spanking new item. I noticed how two of the polishing? Tools were covered in a thin plastic but others weren’t. I just don’t wanna take my chances, which I can’t because I can’t even open it. Idk what that black stuff is. I changed my makeup a few months ago and my face broke out really bad!! So I took my time cleansing my face daily with the pink and white brush. My face cleared up in less than two weeks! I use it daily! I dry brush my face (my with the pink and white brush for about 2 minutes almost daily) also I apply my face cleanser to the brush wet it and wet my face and brush away in the shower! I like the silicone brush also!! I did try the pumice stone on my feet and I enjoyed it! It did the job but I like to go to the nail place and let them do it. Oh Also!!!! My brother was visiting and I told him about it (I keep my brush really clean) I told him he could try it and he LOVED it! He couldn’t believe how amazing his face felt! Yeah brother get your own! I don’t use the body brush i don’t think it’s hard enough..I have a $3 dry brush I bought from Walmart works great. I was trying to decide which brush to get so I got this 9 in one and loved it!! But I would have been fine with the dry/wet brush and silicone brush. It is pleasantly powerful. It rotates in complete circles. The Clarisonic only goes back and forth. So...in a different way, I feel like this little machine is even stronger and packs a punch! Love the bigger body brush--as I was using it I started thinking for under $15 maybe I can get another one and use it to scrub down my car as a buffer for spot detailing! My skin is used to everyday sonic scrubbing for the past 5 years, but for sensitive or new users I recommend very light use.
